Hzjundasi Analog Thumbstick Joystick for Nintendo Switch Joy-Con, Replacement Left and Right Analog Controller Rocker Rod Stick with Cap

Fit two of these (both to right joycons ) in the last few days. One to replace a thumbstick that was broken after dropping Switch and the second one to replace thumbstick that had constant travelling/spinning (didn't fancy using straw or compressed air). Both work brilliantly after fitting. I am in no way technical but managed to follow YouTube vid showing how it's done. Only thing that is tricky has nothing to do with product (refitting ZR ribbon, making sure R button spring isn't lost). Fit second one without video help. All working great so far just remember to recalibrate after fitting.

should get this if you damage your joy con ribbion for your analog stick. working fine after replacing it with.could do with price lower as ebay selling these for 5. otherwise i would put 5 stars.

Easy to install all things consider. Did the job for another year. Can't complain that much as Nintendo's original one lasted less than that

Bought this to replace a drifting Joystick in the left Joycon. Followed the iFixit guide and the replacement went pretty smoothly, took around 20 minutes. However when I tried to use the joycon to calibrate it, only the push button of the thumbstick worked, no left/right or up/down.Took it apart again to check I'd put the Zif cable in properly, re-assembled, still didn't work. Took apart a third time and on closer inspection saw that on a portion of the zif cable, 4 of the 5 traces were missing sections!Also the one I received was different to the one shown in the photos, the metal underside and the zif cable itself being different.I'm returning it for a refund, have ordered from a different manufacturer, hopefully those will be of a better quality.

Tried 3 times to connect, much harder than i thought as other cables need disconnecting too in order to easily access joystick, Pushing the ribbon cable into position wasn't as smooth as i'd seen online either, could be at the 3rd attempt some damage was done so the product might be sound therefore my neutral rating hopefully will not put you off, I would say at the cost of a new unit this is worth a punt.

I had the dreaded joycon drift problem. Only bought this to try as it is a fraction of the cost of a new controller. So glad I did, very easy to fit. Assuming you have the right screwdrivers. The whole process took 15-20 mins. Doesn’t have the Nintendo quality feel to it but works perfectly and has my switch up and running again. Very happy.

This stick feels EXACTLY like a new Nintendo stick, I fitted it without issue although would say it might be a challenge if you aren't experienced with tiny electrical boards and ribbons etc. I had mine fitted in about 10 minutes, booted up the switch, calibrated the joystick and it is absolutely perfect. Saved me spending £40 on a new controller too!

The joystick is definitely of lower quality than the official joystick, but that's a given since it's just a replacement factory part.I have two issues with mine currently;1. A slight click-in randomly happens whenever I'm moving forward (it doesn't trigger the button click-in), this seems to be the fact that it's a little loose inside.2. Moving the direction stick fully in some directions is a little stiff -- this isn't detrimental to the actual movement of the stick though due to calibration.It replaced my official joystick that had the dreaded constant moving forward defect, replaced it with this and I don't have that or any actual issue with the function of the joystick currently.The only issue I have is what I've stated, other than that, it's fine.
