Plugged it in an it worked perfectly...no software or setup needed for windows. The backlit keyboard has several colors to choose from and brightness levels. Best of all when the computer sleeps the keyboard lights go off too. The raised haptic keys on the F and J keys provide perfect positioning of fingers without having to look at the keyboard. The feel of the keyboard during typing is very good. If you are looking at replacing a keyboard and need some backlighting on keyboard because its dark this is the keyboard as it works great and has a great price.

Large keyboard. Backlighting is bright. Full size keys with long stroke. Light clicking, not too loud. Great value. Plug and play. Multiple key colors are easy to change.

I rate this a 95 out of 100. I'm writing this review after using this keyboard for less than 24 hours. This is for the "Medium" keyboard with normal size letters on the keys. I love that it allows easy color changing via a keyboard key (instead of requiring a software download). I also like that it can stay on one color and is not constantly cycling through all colors (although this is an option). It also can dim the backlight brightness level. The backlight can also be turned off. In the picture, I have it on red. I also like that it's hard wired and NOT wireless. I don't have the need or desire to walk around the room with my computer keyboard. It has a common usb-a male connection. Typing is fairly quiet. My only complaint is that since the keyboard is very light weight, it slides easily but so far it hasn't been an issue since i dont apply a lot of pressure when typing. It has two small rubber pads underneath but I'll need to add more to it. Another thing I noticed is that it doesn't have a brand name printed anywhere; not on the keyboard, not on the paper pamphlet. While I can appreciate the product owner's modesty, having a brand name makes it much easier to search for the same quality products again. The online listing does list it as a "Luzarriba" but that may only be for the listing. I have no idea if it's associated with the actual product. **Update (5 days later): I have the keyboard plugged into a docking port, and I noticed that when the computer restarts, the keyboard reverts to a default setting of green on max brightness with all lock functions (numlock) off. I guess it's a good thing that it doesn't have local memory of my keyboard settings??

Nice keyboard, only wish LED would not revert to green default everytime and stay on last chosen color.

I'm a transcriptionist. We don't use artificial light in our office because it's too bright, so we rely on the natural sunlight that comes in through the windows, however, a plain keyboard isn't completely easy to see due to where it sits on my desk. This product, however, is perfect for me and my office space.The shift key and enter keys could be quieter, but that's really my only complaint. All other keys are quiet - which is nice because of personal preference and because I share my office with another person - and I love that I can change the color and the intensity of the color that I choose.Would I buy again? Yes. Do I recommend? Yes.
