I absolutely love this watch. I got it mainly to monitor my sleep, but I love that it does my heart rate and blood pressure too. And I know it works because when I got upset, my blood pressure and heart rate both went up. Also to my surprise, I am able to connect it to my phone. It shows me if I have an incoming text, call, or email I just can't check it on there, but I know to go look for my phone since it's not always attached to my hand like the watch.

i really do love this watch. I love the fact that I can personalize the home screen to whichever picture i want that's in my gallery. i love the fact that it let's me know when i'm doing a good job with my steps for the day, and it's vibrates for reminders. I like it so much, that i got another one for my daughter. Highly reccommend!

Lightweight, bright dial, and easy to read.

I ordered this smart watch primarily for sleep tracking. It gives pretty accurate sleep results; however, not much detail about sleep results. There aren't any insights to help learn about sleep. But still, for the price, it's good enough. It holds the battery charge for a long time too. The app is easy to install and set up, and this is where you look at your results. There are several watch faces available, which is nice. The watchband has a little tab under the loop that holds the end of the band in place which locks into one of the holes in the band, to keep it from coming loose. It's small enough that it's comfortable to sleep with.If you use it as a sleep tracker, BE SURE to turn on DO NOT DISTURB (you can pick the hours) and turn off LIFT WRIST TO SEE WATCHFACE, because if you don't, it will light up (brightly) whenever you move your wrist during the night! My husband said it was quite colorful!All is all, a nice sleep tracker for the price. I only use it at night, so can't review the MANY other features of the watch. Keep in mind, this won't perform like a high priced ring or watch, but is pretty good! I like it!

Bought specifically for steps. Counting them when I’m driving 🤦‍♀️ Extra 200-300 steps while I was just turning the steering wheel of my car.
