This massage tool is incredible! Not only does it relieve pain and tightness in my muscles, but in just two weeks of daily use it has minimized the appearance of cellulite on my upper arms. I use it after I shower. I rub coconut oil onto my upper arms and then massage for a couple minutes on each arm. The tool is the perfect size and weight and is easy to handle. It feels great. I did get small bruises at first, but the results are well worth it.

Great product! The handle provides good grip as you use this. I use it in the shower after lathered up with soap on my arms, legs, buttocks and stomach, 3 times a week. Works great to break up fascia, relieve tight muscles and reduce cellulite!! Yay!

The item is very durable, easy to hold and easy to self massage.

I have quite a few gadgets but can’t quite recall one that is versatile as this one. The little “thumbs” I think they call them.. the knobs on the end.. whew! What a relief when you need direct pointy pressure. And a good few times over on sore thighs, lovely! Worth the buy if you ask me. Will be a hold over in between monthly massage appointments.

This works great. I have Plantar that gets pretty bad in my heel from an old injury and my job requires me to stand all day so that really aggravates it. It can really get into the fascia muscle and smooth everything out. You definitely need the oil that goes along with it to get the most benefit. This is a fantastic product and would definitely by again!
