I Like It
It is as advertised. It is a nice chair. Many adjustment options leads to a comfortable gaming session or 2 hour movie. The lumbar "automatic adjuster" is my go to. When i readjust, click that and it conforms to you. That with the armrests being so adjustable as well as the nice feel makes it great to me. The mobility is also a plus the wheels are good and functional. I mean its a $600-$700 chair. It shines in the room

Not confortable
The chair is not comfortable, the backrest does not recline automatically, it is fixed. The footrest is very short. A lot of money for what it offers.

Foot rest a little akward but not a deal breaker.
Excellent chair, only complaint is that the leg rest sits awkwardly lower than the seat. My son is 6’1 and is looks really uncomfortable unless he uses it for his feet with his knees bent. His previous chairs foot rest made a lot more sense as it was built up with padding and made things more in the same plane. We just switched it out and it’s working for now.

The seat is very firm and flat
It’s not a very comfortable chair as the seat base is very firm and flat. Also, the seat base doesn’t tilt. I should have been aware of that fact, but I made the assumption that any chair at this price range would have a seat base thattilt . The back rest reclines, but the seat base is fixed. Not comfortable. I reached out to the company for options and no response after four days.

Hurts my back/small seat
The seat is way to small, and its a racing style chair, get the tc500 luxe corsair oe the razer iskur.
