Looks and works great, it is all metal making it very stable. The wall plate to receive the remote makes this light seamlessly integrate into your home. The remote feature is exactly what you want. You can also link up to 9 of the same lights to the remote(s) so you can control multiple lights with multiple remotes (think each end of the room, top and bottom of stairs, all 4 entry ways into the living room).

After searching extensively for a lighting solution for our living room, we finally found the perfect one! With our high ceilings, other lamps just didn’t provide the necessary height or adequate lighting. The adjustable brightness settings and the ability to direct the light where we want really sold us on this option. The remote control is incredibly convenient as well. The build quality is excellent, and assembly was a breeze. It worked so well that I ended up purchasing another one for my home office!

There are brighter versions, but this has the best combination of features (able to adjust light intensity and temperature, night light setting, off timer, remote, taller height than similar designs).Best surprise is that the remote, although a smallish rectangle, is that size the purpose of magnetically fitting into its matching wall plate. The dimensions of the wall plate are standard, just like those for light switches. Wall plate includes mounting screws, but I used doubled-up Gorilla 15 lb mounting tape (to increase the thickness to make contact with the wall). Once mounted, you couldn’t tell it wasn’t a normal hard-wired switch. That was an over-the-top, unexpected feature!Well packaged in the manufacturer’s box, and since I bought 2, both fit perfectly into the outer Amazon box, which further protected them from shipping damage.

Be sure you are looking for a super bright lamp when you get this bad boy because it is described accurately. I normally have it set on a low and not very warm setting cause it can get up to flood light level pretty fast. I haven't found a nice medium level that I like very much, but that's not a deal breaker. I usually run it in a night mode with another floor lamp and it gives the illumination we are looking for. Love the remote and the magnetic holder it comes with, that is a very nice touch and it is super responsive. I like how many angles you can adjust the lamp itself to but if I could change anything it would be the disc design. Put somewhere you really need some light output. But it was easy to assemble and in all honestly is pretty aesthetically pleasing to have in the room.

A nice and tall sturdy and bright floor lamp , easy to put together and has a nice heavy base , easy to use remote makes it handy to operate the light , all in all a very nice floor lamp

I had a bad order the first time. The pipe to fit the cord through was messed up and didn't allow the cord to fit through. I returned my first one and got a new one without the problem. Works great and is nice and bright for my setup.

The item is just as advertised. I ended up buying two and figured that the remote control would both be on the same frequency so that both would light or go off simultaneously. That is not the case. I contacted the seller and have yet to hear back from them. Otherwise it works great. Has 4 different “temperatures” and can be either like a incandescent or fluorescent light and you can aim it anywhere.

This minimalist contraption is so sturdy and versatile. It goes from nightlight mode to full on floodlight and everything in between with temperature settings, too. The remote is convenient and the aesthetic is sleek.
