Great knee support, both my wife and daughter used this both have a bad knee, went on vacation to 3 theme parks over 3 days, lots of walking at all 3 parks. The comments from them are less pain, hold on the skin and the 1 park was all swimming, these held on good thought out with no problems. Also easy removal when ready.Thanks happy wife and daughter, well made our trip HAPPY and mostly pain free.

I have 12U girls, these are perfect for taping up knees. The tape going up the thigh however is too long for them so I have to cut it before I apply. But they are easy to apply and stay on all day for tournaments.

I did a 5K and I placed it on my knee and it stayed. It helped, I will use it again. The instructions with pictures were good to have as well. Removing the paper backing to get to the sticky part when I first started was a challenge for me, but other than that, I will buy again.

This is the best KT tape I have ever bought...and I ha e bought them all. I have had them on for at least a week and have showered every day and they have not loosened at all!!! Amazing product

I am a retired physical therapy professional. I do not recommend this product if you do not have any experience with kinesiology taping. The provided instructions are poorly written. There’s no info for contraindications or how to stretch each segment. No info for skin care and proper removal. The only advice written is to contact them if you have an allergic reaction. If you buy this product, please do some research about kinesiology tape. It’s only good for you if you know what you are doing. The tape itself is unexpectedly rigid (no stretch) on the anchor piece. The thigh pieces are very stretchy. It’s so-so for stickiness. I haven’t worn it for more than one day, as i just received the product. Even though i know how to properly apply (and remove) kinesiology tape, i did not get this applied correctly on my first attempt. Do some homework before you purchase.

Have patellofemoral syndrome and taping can be complex. Also k tape has to be applied perfectly to stay more than a day. This tape applied extremely easily, was comfortable, relieved pain and I removed it after 4 days of activity simply because side o wanted a fresh one but it was still completely adhered after 4 days and 4 showers.

This product of very flimsy and very stretchy. Not like professional kinesiology tape or even the stuff you can’t buy at the drug store. Do not feel like it gives any support and did not stick well.

Works pretty well! Have to take it off when I get home because I have sensitive skin but definitely has helped my knee feel much better
