Is perfect all the software feels smooth basically you are paying extra for the convenience of 5g just be advised that the tittle is wrong is 16gb of ram not 32gb, the 32gb of ram with 5g does not exist

Portable, powerful, workhorse
I buy a Microsoft Surface from Amazon about once a month. We use them for work and I'm the purchaser for our IT department. I buy them on Amazon because the shipping is fast and Prime covers the shipping.While this is a Microsoft product and every MS OS comes with it's problems, they also come with their perks. Ease of setup, protability and the fact that it has 5G capibility is a huge plus for our sales team.

The media could not be loaded. LISTEN PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!! I have brought this for my birthday 2mos ago as a bday gift for myself, I was excited because finally I will have a tablet that will worked like a computer and I chose the one with 5G on it as well, full feautres, higher model, that reach to almost $1800 to buy this. I am aware I did not get the insurance, my device was working just fine but when I reached out to their product support team because of my back stand they didn't even bother to help! Then I'm on my 2nd month (March 14) today I have noticed that the battery of the device is not for longer usage, I have to charge it after 4-5hours this is just using wifi and not using the data yet FYI! I wish I could return this product and I regret buying it! and the product team will only tells you, you cannot return this product anymore! when I was only asking for support about the device! as you can see in the video I attached here I have so many computers, and i bought this as my on the go computer but the battery is not good enough and product support is not helpful at all!!! Very expensive and not worth it Please DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
