Excellent and a great value for a hobbyist!
I purchased the 15Mhz unit. Please note that I classify myself as a complete amateur in electronics so take my review lightly. This signal generator is very easy to use and I found it to be quite accurate! I output a 10Mhz sine wave from this device into a vintage frequency counter which showed the frequency as 9999970Hz -- with only a minor slowdown in frequency as the unit (and my frequency counter as well) "warmed up" over time.. That's good enough for me and my audio projects! Waveforms and amplitude look very good and clean to my eyes up to 1Mhz, but I didn't really scrutinize the waveforms above that. You can even save your settings (frequency, waveform, and amplitude) on this device for both channels, so that when you turn it off and back on again, your settings won't be lost. I've already used this device, along with an old analog oscilloscope, to help adjust the laser tracking and offset pots in an old Denon CD player from the 80's, after I had replaced the laser pickup within that CD player with a new one. I can see a lot of use for this in my audio projects, like troubleshooting and fixing amps and preamps, or testing and fixing hi-fi speakers. One thing I did notice that the amplitude started to drop over the set value as you go over 10MHz, but you'll have to pay a lot more (perhaps hundreds or thousands) if you want lab quality and accuracy or if you need very high frequencies and features to work on some radios and tuners. As others have said, the unit seems like an "empty box", very light plastic, and will easily slide around on your bench. I plan to put some sticky feet on the bottom to help alleviate that. Mine came with a very short manual, a plug in wall power supply, two BNC cords with alligator clips on the other end, a very short BNC to BNC cable, a USB-B cable to allow you connect the unit to a PC, and PC software on a mini-CD ROM. I'll probably never use the PC software to control the unit or create my own waveforms -- but I understand this is possible. Don't bother with the sub $40 waveform generators found here on Amazon. I did and the waveforms generated on the one I received were terrible, and it also had also had shoddy build quality. Save up for this instead if you just want something basic.

Disappointed...
Confusing manual. Output voltage is way off. I set it for 1v sine wave, 1kHz and my Fluke meter showed 354 millivolts. That's a huge difference. The manual has nothing about calibration.Update: I should have known this but this signal generator reads in peak-to-peak, my Fluke measures in RMS, that's why it was showing low! My bad! Updating my review.

Need to return it, but can’t
We didn’t perform net worth the money. Wish the owner would let me send it back.
