Silicone Cooking Fork - by DomDom (Chilli Red)

I received this fork earlier on today and have already given it a go as I made some spaghetti carbonara. It is a really fantastic little addition to my utentils and has encouraged me to throw out my once trusty wooden fork. It looks sleek in the grey and goes with the decor in my kitchen - it is very satisfying that you can pop it in the dishwasher and take it out spotless unlike the wooden ones where food inevitably gets stuck to which is very unpleasant and unhygienic. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Out with the wooden- in with the silicone!

I was looking for a utensil that would let me easily pick up pasta and noodles so I can taste it while I cook, and this ticks all the boxes. I’ve also found my other silicone utensils annoying because they go floppy when you stir with them. So what I loved about this was the feel of it, it’s hard to explain, it just feels good, it has a nice weight to it. This is because it has a steel core! It’s nice and firm even down to the fork prongs, but still flexible enough that it slides across the pan easily. I was not disappointed when cooking pasta because I could taste the pasta as I went along. No more annoying game of “balance the pasta on the spatula and then drop it in your mouth” because the fork just picks them up easily.Buying this has made me not want to use my other spatulas or utensils any more. It feels and looks like a quality item, came in nice packaging too. Very nice product, and I think all silicone utensils should have a steel core if this is anything to go by! Very pleased, thank you.Update: Most surprisingly of all my 4 year old son LOVED the fork (maybe because it was red) and was so insistent that we let him eat with it that we let him!

This is the perfect cooking fork as it won't break like my last wooden cooking fork and it's brilliant for my scrambled eggs and other things I fry up in my non stick frying pan as it won't leave marks! Also love this sturdy spoon for mixing when baking it's so versatile and the sleek modern look is perfect to go with my new kitchen. Very quick delivery too thank you!

I bought this for my husband to use when making scrambled eggs in a non stick pan as he likes to whisk the eggs as he goes. It’s a very good quality product, quite heavy and looks good.

This is a good quality and decent sized fork. It is really handy and really robust.

Excellent, exactly what I needed

I now have two DomDom silicone forks as I loved the first one so much.No more nasty scratches in the bottom of my non-stick pans and no more smelly, stained and damp wooden spoons.This fork washes like a dream and doesn't discolour even with the most tomatoey of sauces.Forking excellent, would recommend 100%.

I bought one of these forks a few weeks ago and it has been so worth the investment. The ease of being able to pop it into the dishwasher and knowing that it will not be scratching my pots. It's so much more hygienic than my wooden spoons which have since been banished to the bin - who'd have fork it! What's not to love!? Would absolutely recommend it as a necessity for any cooking utensil set.
