The unfolding handle is plastic I opened twice and now is broken

Horrible product and cheap parts
This product is horrible. My mom used it twice. The first time the handle broke, we received a new one. The second time I used it, the wheel broke. It's made with heavy plastic but is not very reliable and breaks easily.
