I’ll start with my usual disclaimer when it comes to dietary supplements - everybody and every “body” is different! So what works for me might not work for others.Over the past 18 months I noticed more stiffness in my joints - mainly knees and elbows. After some research I found information that suggest Glucosamine has shown positive results in relieving joint pain so I ordered these capsules. The photo above shows the recommended daily dose - each capsule is 500mg.The capsules are easy to swallow and really have no taste. I have been taking 2 capsules/day for about 6 months and have found them effective for relief from stiffness and pain, especially in my knees. Taking 2 capsules a day cost about 25 cents - for the relief I’ve gotten that’s money well spent!If you take heart meds, blood thinners, or are allergic to shellfish please consult your doctor before taking. I will note here that this product from “futurebiotics” is labeled as shellfish free.

Also these are easier to swallow than the large hard “horse pills” I kept buying before. These are capsules. I am amazed that they work. Could never keep taking the large pills long enough to tell if they worked. I have way less pain and my knees don’t sound and feel as boney (hard to describe but I can tell I’m low on cartilage in my knee when I move it, if you have experienced this feeling/sound like me you will know what I’m talking about!). So that phenomena has lessened. And I’m three weeks into taking these so I’m sold.

The vitamins are likely exactly what they are meant to be. However, my delivery appeared to have had a capsule or two crack open or leak into the bottle. This leaves the other capsules covered in a dusty residue. I may try another brand.

This supplement has started to help my back and hip pain already, although I haven't been taking it that long . I expect that the longer I take it the better my joints will feel. I feel that it was a good investment.

This stuff really works. My husband started taking this and with in a few days his knee felt alot better.
