As the headline states: Saved My Bacon Days AgoI used this tool two days ago. I was replacing the center driveshaft bearing on my 2003 RAM 1500 and ran into a rusted nut. I tried using a regular smaller socket and hammering it on and turning it but to no avail. Pulled out the Topme Bolt Extractor set, found the proper sized socket and the nut came off in seconds. See pics.Sockets are built solid and have a nice assortment of sizes. Arrives in a nice case. Price is very good for the quality.

This bolt extractor set includes a convenient molded storage case. The machining of the extractors themselves looks precise and they’re nicely finished. I maintain 3 older cars and have owned a standard-height extractor set for many years. I reach for that set and a blow torch more frequently than I like, especially when doing work on the cars’ chassis. These extractors work well and add the versatility of being able to reach rounded-off nuts secured on long studs. The extractors can be driven by a 3/8” ratchet or a 6-point socket fitted over the extractors’ hex head for additional leverage. Good product.

If you’re a dude, and your friends or coworkers aren’t very open minded, you need to be prepared to be the “butt” of some jokes when your tools are branded “Topme.” But if you’re secure enough to weather the abuse, this set of extractors is a great deal and can really grip the nuts and bolts hard and bust em loose.

This is a very nice deep bolt/ stripped lug nut extractor set for the cost. I got this as a extra kit to keep in my trucks tool box to use as needed when I am working on cars/trucks. Each part is precisely made and machined very well. These do come with a coat of oil which is nice, so no rust at all. Overall, these seem as good as my far more expensive set I've used for many years. These performed well on the stripped nut I tested it on. Overall, this is a great budget set with excellent quality.

When I saw this at first I could not think on what I would use it for. When I was looking at it, it showed a perfect example on why you would need this. Let's face the fact it isn't always short fasteners that can round off. Then I thought about spark plugs. If for some unknown reason you were to round off a spark plug you would have a large job on your hand getting it out. Now with this it will make it very easy to do. Very happy that I picked this up.

The media could not be loaded. I like the feel of these tools. They feel solid and like they’ll easily latch onto and help release stuck bolts. I like the case rhat it’s easy to get stuff in and out of. sometimes on a plastic case when you get a piece out, you’re never gonna get it back in. That’s not the case here. I like that you can use it with the ratchet directly as a socket or you could use another socket on the top for more options or an extension if needed.

Saves you a ton of money rather than buying individual bits. They even come pre-oiled to prevent rust. Quality bits that make getting stubborn bolts out easier
