giving it a five star, cos it is solid and well built ! i kinda checked the specs, but having it my hand, it is big and heavy !a good self defence weapon, if not a regular selfie stick. i shall use it if not using my lightweight tripod.also, buy one of the decent metal phone holders, only a cheap plastic one supplied, which i wouldn't use anyway.

This tripod at time of testing was priced at £32.99 and includes a smart phone adapter and Bluetooth remote. It is very well made metal tripod that is compact for travelling and storing. The extension measurements are accurate and the sellers description makes it clear what you are getting. Using it as a tripod for a camera or phone it is excellent. The extension poles were a little stiff and I had to check if it was just a pull to extend. Family photos won’t have one person missing or a selfie pole included with someone holding it. The blue tooth remote works well on the iPhone enabling great family photos. I can see this being used for wild life photos and with the remote enabling you to be some distance from the phone. It does work as a selfie stick especially with the remote, but as already observed it is heavy and more expensive than a dedicated selfie stick.I like this tripod very much because of its build quality and the fact it brings a great quality tripod and remote to the normal smart phone user. I would definitely recommend this tripod if you are looking to expand your smart phone photos are just getting into photography. For the professional photographer this will be a handy backup to have.

This phone tripod feels good quality and is very sturdy. It works very well as a tripod for iPhone Pro Max. It comes with a remote which I don't use as I prefer to control my shuttle with my Apple Watch. However, it is quite heavy to use it as a selfie stick especially when it is extended. It is priced at £26.39 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable considering the build quality. One star is deducted for its performance as a selfie stick. It would be perfect as a portable tripod for phones though.

Holds phones and action cameras well and sturdy. Very content. It is stable and sturdy. You can feel the quality in the weight. Great product from a brand that makes equipment for the photo industry.

A solid product from NEEWER. As soon as I began to unbox this I was really pleased with the build quality, absolutely solid product, super secure grip on my phone.The legs twist lock into place, the phone holder can be pulled up telescopically to a great height (See pictures) even at this height my phone was secure and steady, the phone holder has connection for adding a small light too.I was really pleased with the quality of this, its just feels solid and really well made. The remote shutter works great to for them super steady remote shots.I would highly recommend this.

This is more of a portable tripod than a selfie stick. It is very well made and should last well. It’s very sturdy and the supplied remote control and phone holder is a bonus. Easy to set up and use even thought it certainly won’t fit in your pocket.
