Shoulder injury
Wearing this day after day, my shoulder feels better, still a process since I injured my shoulder, but keep wearing the support daily, you will feel a difference eventually because tears in muscle takes a few months to heal.

Great product! Highly recommended!
This is an excellent product! I have inflammation in my rotator cuff. I work in a food manufacturing facility and I need to be able to make adjustments to my brace on the fly. I don’t have time to go to someone to ask them to help me adjust my brace when I’m working on the line. The bicep buckle allows me to do that. Other brands don’t have that. Others say to ask someone else for in putting their brace on. I don’t have time for that! This brace also has Velcro straps up around the shoulder for more support. The whole area is receptive for Velcro. You are not limited by anything and you can tighten it as much as you need to. With other brands, you are limited to the size of the square patch that is Velcro receptive. The rest of the area does not accept Velcro. If you need more support, too bad! You won’t find it here! This shoulder brace is by far the best one on the market. I’ve put it through its paces on the production floor and it has held up amazingly! Highly recommended!

Exceeds expectation
Given that medial shoulder braces cost over $100, I had low expectations for this product. Happily, it works well enough that I can postpone getting a medical-grade product.

Uncomfortable
I am an average sized woman who wears a size large top due to my chest... not my shoulders. I found this brace to be Quite uncomfortable, so much so that it was probably as uncomfortable or more so, than my aching shoulder.

Useless warranty/customer service, brace design does not stay in place, strap prone to breakage
Updating my review as I have had some issues. The strap that holds this under the arm has broken and I cannot tighten it anymore. There is no way to contact Ziegler for me to purchase another strap, I give them a zero for customer support due to being unable to contact them at all or them not responding to my request through Amazon. As for the brace it's decent, but there are much better ones out there. The main issue is that there is nothing to hold the brace down on the side where it goes around the chest, so the brace continuously rides up to where it loses pressure on the shoulder and the strap irritates my neck. The brace also tends to rotate forwards aggravating a forward slumped posture, I find myself having to rotate it backwards every few minutes. The strap that holds this onto your bicep has a plastic D-ring which really digs into the arm because of its placement. I would suggest having some sort of brace with a strap that goes around the back and helps to hold down the strap going under the arm. I have recently switched to the Evo Sports SB03 brace which has a much much better design . The Evo brace does have a design where all the straps are held down and the brace does not move at all. Further the Evo has a much better design on how and where it pulls on the shoulder, it's actually a design where you have 4 adjustment points instead of the 1 on the Ziegler, which makes it much more versatile and stable when doing activity. With the Ziegler if I put my arm forward the brace loses any tightness/stability, but with the Evo the stability is retained, allowing me to function when I need it and not just when I'm sitting still. Lastly the D ring placement on where the Evo attaches to the arm is placed where it does not bother my arm.TLDR: Zero customer service, subpar design

Wanna know why women complain about bra straps?
With a 20,000 sf building to clean out for sale, the prognosis of a badly torn rotator cuff was not something I wanted to hear. Being told that I needed surgery was worse. So, I decided to do the only thing I could ... put it off for a few months until I could finish the building project. (After all, I’m self-employed. I can’t go home and 5:00 or take 3-weeks off for surgery and let someone else do the work. I am the someone else). After reading reviews and comparing models, I purchased this brace in the hopes that it would help protect my shoulder through the constant lifting, carrying and tossing of broken furniture and metal scrap that I knew I’d continue to do.Now, to be fair, I’ve never owned a shoulder brace before, so I have nothing to compare it to directly. (I’ve broken my back three times and had a brace for that, knee surgeries with braces, ankle surgery braces, etc., but no single shoulder type). I can appreciate that it’s a difficult design that immobilizes a single shoulder, but still ... this thing has achieved one thing for me: it has let me know, first hand, why women complain about bra straps rubbing and riding up!The design has a strap that goes from the injured shoulder, down between your pectoral muscles, (between the moobs on us guys), and around to reconnect to the back of the shoulder. It appears from the directions that it’s supposed to ride low on the opposite side, but the male human body has nothing protruding to keep it there. So, when you put it on and snug it up, it does it’s job for about 12-seconds, then the strap wads up and slides beneath your good armpit where it rubs skin cells away by the gazillions, until you end up with an leprosy-type lesion that would’ve gotten you stoned in the public square a thousand years ago.Granted, I’d guess this is probably better designed than the competitive brands, which is the reason I purchased it. I’m not returning it. Instead, I’m using it while sitting still in my recliner at the end of a long day, (when I really don’t need to immobilize the shoulder anyway), but it does second as a nice ice-pack holder to bring the swelling down.If you have the kind of life where you can afford to sit still for long periods, then this would likely work fine for you. If you move, however, prepare for the twisting ride-up.There is one added benefit I’d forgotten to mention, however. The item has helped alleviate the pain in my right shoulder to a degree. Now, if I’m hurting too badly, I can simply grab my deodorant stick and apply it beneath my left arm where the giant rub mark is, which takes my mind totally away from the injured shoulder for 30-minutes or so. I guess that’s a plus.
