UPDATE:The company reached out to me and was very, very helpful in sorting out the problems I was having. Keeping my original review below, but upgrading my review to reflect their excellent customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The product was well packaged and the directions were clear. Once assembled it looks fine from a distance. But I had many problems with it.- The holes for fitting the side panels together were not large enough. Gently but firmly trying to slot the tabs into the holes caused the plastic to crack.- The door does not fit securely. A slight bump is enough to make it pop out of place.- The door does not open all the way without coming off entirely.- The tiered stand is very unstable and leans against the side of the case.Overall I am not impressed. This thing was not worth the price.

Do not waste your money on this product! First, the protective covering isn't protective and it is very difficult to catch a corner to pull it off the plexiglass. There should be a tab or two, to grab, so you don't have to dig into the plastic to get a hold of the covering so you can pull it off. Second, the whole display case is flimsy and wobbly. Lastly, the clear plexiglass will scratch if you even breathe to hard or look at it wrong! I handled it very carefully, with the included gloves, which is a nice touch, and after I had it completely put together, I noticed a large, diagonal scratch across the front plexiglass, rendering the whole display case useless. It went directly into the trash.

The protective film they put on all the acrylic pieces are far too difficult to take off, there's no overlapping material to help you pull it off, you just have to pick at it until you can just pull it off, this took way longer than it should have been. Once you do get the film off, it gets back to the level of difficulty it should be. The top piece does require a little more force than it should in my opinion, but once it's put together it is nice. I'm hoping this was just a case of a manufacturing gaff and maybe it normally is much easier to remove, but mine required having some decent fingernails to pull it off and left me almost at the point of returning it for something else.

Didn’t get a chance to put it together for a little while after it came in & when I took the protective wrapping off the case was crushed beyond use. Highly dissatisfied would not recommend wasting any money on this useless junk.

I was looking for something to put my figures in so that I could save space on my desk. Also so they wouldn't get dusty and could last for years. I like that the case mentions the length and width, so I could make sure it would fit on my monitor stand perfect. You do have to be very careful if you move it. My only complaint is the tiers/stairs because they are a little wobbly. But once you have it still it's not noticable.
