DC version
I recently purchased a DC fan. When I set the speed from OFF to MAX, the motor doesn't immediately accelerate. It takes a moment to reach full speed, but once it does, it performs well. I noticed very little motor noise, primarily just the sound of the wind. The airflow is powerful, although I don't have a specific tool to measure it. Overall, the fan provides a strong breeze.After few weeks, The fan would occasionally stop and start on its own. Don't know how long it will last.

Worth the expense
Exactly what is advertised is what you get from the box. Arrived fast and the assembly is not complicated. With an 8 mm bolt socket and wrench I was able to install all of the bolts included. The tilt bolts are operated with hand.Very good air flow and relatively low noise
