Love both but hard to find a spare hand held battery
I purchased both the handheld and the upright as a package and they have been awesome for years. I had no problem replacing the upright battery but I have to say it's been difficult to replace the handheld battery. I finally gave up and bought two for $120 on eBay and they didn't work as they were either for an earlier or later model. So if I am unhappy at all it's only in the difficulty in replacing the handheld's battery ( which seems crazy ! )

Disappointed with several features
I bought this from Gtech as part of a package with the cordless upright. I am disappointed with the multi handheld. Depite the pictures, it should have been obvious that you spend your time bent over and it's uncomfortable at best and heavy to use for any length of time. I also agree with the other review that the suction isn't great.

Good vacuum
I have had one of these for years but my old one seemed to be at the end of its life so I ordered another it’s great to get out for those quick jobs, the only issue I have is when you want to wash the filter it takes 3 to 4 days to dry, the manufacturers could have put a screw bottom on the filter holder so that the filter could have been removed off its holder then it would dry quicker and be replaced back on its holder, then it would also save throwing the plastic holders away too…other than that it’s a good little vacuum.
