I have a problem with the product, it hardly have any skin on it, I am sure it’s an issue with the product!

These were quite thin in my experience and ripped open a lot when making my sausage. It is probably an issue with the product. Maybe a thicker/larger diameter casing is better

It depends whether you want to buy the 22-24 mm diameter casings or the 24-26 mm diameter casings. If it says on the description '5 m length x 24-26 mm diameter', it simply means that the casing is 5 meters long and with a diameter between 24 and 26 millimetres.

Can you freeze them and will vacuum sealing make them last long either in the fridge or freezer?

I believe they come vacuum packed. They usually have a long shelf life so I wouldn’t think they need freezing. They’re also in salt which preserves the shelf life too.

There was no indication as to the length of these skins

It was about 3 - 4 metres. Enough to make more sausages than you can shake a stick at!
