If it has not cured, I would use mineral spirits.

Q: How flammable is cured Vulkem?

I do not know how flammable it is, but believe it is not very flammable. Used a heat gun to remove old cured Vulkem, and it was not a problem

Q: is this good for cracks in a stucco wall?

color match aside (its paintable), YES it will patch cracks. Must be dry and it takes forever to dry. Very tough caulking

Q: how long does it for it to dry, caulked 2 days ago, it is still tacky

I wait a week to mess with it. the outer skin keeps that "tack" a long time. After a week I have been able to sand it
