Best scar removal cream I've used I have scars on my face due to a reaction to medication this has help fade out the patches on my face I use it once daily at night then always apply full sunblock on my face for the next day to prevent the scars darkening again this is really important if you want scars to fade keep the area covered or use total sunblockI use the brand heliocare 360 fluid cream it Excellent and is broad spectrum UVB UVA HEvis IR-A SPF 50+ it stays on all day and provides excellent protection and it has a light tint to the fluid helping to reduce the visibility of scars this is only very light tho hardy noticeable .

Works really well on skin in need of tissue healing. I had a patch that was healed but the tissues were still in a mess due to having my glasses on the end of my nose whilst looking and talking to others. Mederma really healed the area and I am nearly back to normal.

I have been using this cream on a new scar .After two weeks the scar looks a bit better. Less red and a bit flatter.The skin is well nourished

My daughter is using this for her scars left after her scratching her arms and back of her legs. Its only been a few weeks and already she is showing signs of scars disappearing.

Used every day as instructed for a very small keloid scar I've had a while. I wouldn't normally trust any product that claims to reduce scars but took a punt on this. Didn't work at all. The scar, though very small, is completely unchanged well after the specified length of time for reduction to be seen. Kept using to no avail. Simply did not work.

did not see much improvement of my acne scars after around 2 months of solid usewould not recommend purchasing this way overpriced product

I've been using it for just over a week and 2 days so far its Okay...I have noticed a very very miniscule difference when i take a close look at my scars (From spots and mild acne) but I think that's a placebo effect and me just imagining it, I pretty much still look like Scarface (well I wish I looked like him but you get the joke). I have been applying it regularly and consistently not missing a day, but so far not any noticeable difference when looking at my scars normally at a distance. Although there hasn't been any negative side effects like burning or rashes or anything like that so hey that's Pro - 1 to you Mederma, But i'll keep trying it till I reach the end of the tube and update this review if it works or not. I'm hoping I notice something on Week 2 like everyone else has said here even if its just a small difference.
