Time for a update. Well let me tell you this package deal hands down is still the best out. If you are thinking about getting one and on the fence do it. I get to chuckle when others have spent xxx more then myself, but still have a manual pump. I was out on the water 30 mins longer than someone who had to defate there sup with a manual pump! We had are stuff packed up at the same time! I have used it about 10 times so far and no issues! I found myself going out wanting to go out even when I didn't plan to. After work it's so relaxing.After the first couple times out I loaded my tackle box and gear was able to access some fishing spots I never dreamed of being able to.Everything was neatly packed and it was really simple to assemble, and didn't take long.A couple things to note.Check with your water laws. Here in Minnesota anything over 10 1/2 feet needs a DNR registration.When using the electric pump start your vehicle. Or you'll kill the battery after a few uses. This model is not as stable if you try to put 2 adults on so balance can be tricky, but I'm sure the other sup would be much easier as it's wider. On the other hand I was able to get a lot of speed compared to another person with a wider sup.

Perfect kit to get out on the water and have a good time. The main reason I bought this kit was the ultimate value with the electric pump, I set the PSI and get the rest of my gear ready to go, by the time I'm set up, its inflated and ready to go. So convenient! The board is plenty stiff for calm and choppy water, I've been out on both and I've yet to regret being out there on this board. I did have a small issue with the valve leaking a bit of air on this first ride, but after tightening the valve with the supplied tool I was out there fully confident that I wouldn't face another issue. The only thing I didn't like and upgraded right away was the paddle, sure it's convenient because it breaks down and fits into the bag, but I didn't like how much flex it had when I was trying to paddle efficiently. It works great when I have my gf on the front and she can help out, but for myself I instantly upgraded to an adjustable carbon paddle and couldn't be happier. All in all this kit is a great value if you want to get out on the water on a board that tracks straight, can carry good speed, and fit a passenger if you wanted to. I love it!

We bought two of these paddle boards and on the SECOND time out they both exploded even though we inflated them to exactly 12 psi with the included pump. There is supposed to be a one year warranty but Valwix does NOT REPLY so there actually is NO WARRANTY and no customer support at all. Beware buying anything from this vendor or this brand!*** original review ***I have not been able to use the board yet since it is winter but I inflated the board and it kept the pressure for several days. I like the board design and the especially the electric pump over doing it manually. Note that the electric pump still takes a while to fill the board.I did have an issue with the fins; the large fin inserts perfectly but the two smaller fins have issues. I can slide the smaller fins in about 80% of the way but that is it and then the locking pin will not insert either. I bought two boards and both had the same exact issue. I could probably force the small fins into place with a rubber mallet but then they would never come out again. <<update>> customer service contacted me and we worked out a resolution.

I was in love with thos board. I love the tie down straps both in front and in back and the mount for the camera....I love the 12ft length and the shape of the board. It feels solid and glides well. The paddle is better than the last one I got with a different board BUT I only rode it 3 or 4 SHORT times last year....this year I brought it out once for 30 minutes with a friend who wanted to buy the same one. She fell in love. The next day we went to take it out again but it had deflated completely within less than 24 hours. When I tried to re-inflate it I hear the hissing from the seam where you tighten the lid to seal the air in and water out. It lost 5 PSI in just a few short minutes. How do you patch that? Then I saw some other reviews that were marked off of here that had the SAME complaints.....so I've rode this less than 5 hours total and it's unusable at this point (unless someone knows what I can do). I'm going to reach put to Amazon but I purchased this 1 year ago so I don't think that I'll have any luck. I'm super frustrated and would love if the seller would reach out and make this correct because when you spend money like this and don't even get to enjoy your purchase it sucks!UPDATE: The company saw my review and even after the year and without me having to beg, they are rectifying the issue. I expect a new board within the week! I changed from 1 star to 4....and only 4 because of the inconvenience in the first place but if this board comes in and without issue I'd say the company would deserve a 5 star review for having such prompt and understanding response to this!
