I am writing because that seems to be the only way to get a response.I gave it a rating of 4 stars, because it applied when it was working, for about three months. Then it just went dead. I presumed that it just happened to this unit, was not a design mistake.I reported the problem but there was no response. After a while I gave up, put the unit aside but did not throw it out. I saw it today, "retested" whether something changed (no, it was still dead), then checked the order record and noted that it was bought in June 2018. Any suggestion?Follow-up: There has been no response. Is it still covered under warranty? Can I get a replacement? To whom should I write to can get a response?

WORKED GOOD FOR AWHILE- THEN QUIT. I BOUGHT A LATER MODEL HOTT WHICH WORKS EXCELLENTLY (S0 FAR)

This CD player broke within a few weeks and I couldn’t figure out any way to fix it. The instruction booklet is complex. I had someone else very good with electronics try to fix it but it was impossible to fix.

It worked fine for a year or so but then for no reason it stoped working.

Received this very quickly but unfortunately it does not work. Will be returning it

We have yet to find a CD that it will read. I thought my Grandson just did not understand how it worked NO it will not read any CD!!! So sorry I didn't listen to my Grandson and returned totally useless
