Works perfectly! Highly recommend
Highly recommend ordering this if you have one desk and would like to switch between two devices easily.I WFH and wanted to have the ability to switch between my personal device and work device. This KVM switch has totally resolved this issue for me, I couldn’t be happier. The KVM switch also works without issues when connected to the docking station that works with my work laptop! As a bonus, I wasn’t sure whether my 144hz screen will work at 144hz and to my surprise, they’re running 144hz without issues.

Works but some noticeable issues depending on setup
I bought this KVM after trying various solutions in the past such as UGREEN units in the hope that I would find a unit that supports the following:- DisplayPort 1.4- 3440x1440 resolution @ 75FPS- Ability to power a mechanical keyboard, mouse, camera and microphoneI will say that for base functionality the unit works exactly as expected. My work laptop that is connected to the unit via DP just works at 60FPS without any issues what so ever and the USB power seems to be much more stable than the previous UGREEN unit I used. However, when it comes to my 7900XT the experience has been less than ideal with the unit working for USB perfectly but with the display cutting out intermittently for 1-2 seconds at random.I've tried different cables, different operating systems etc but nothing has stopped this happening. Bypassing the unit entirely allows the system to function without issue but plug it back into the unit and it starts cutting out at random for 1-2 seconds every few hours. Now I will say that this may not be entirely the fault of the unit as the monitor the system is connected to is a FreeSync system so potentially it could be an issue with the negotiation between the GPU and the monitor being disturbed by the KVM acting as the middle man however based on the specs and cost of the unit I personally feel as though it should just work without any issues. As a TL;DR: Buying this for a work/basic system, great. Buying this for a gaming setup with FreeSync, spend a bit more on a unit from Level1TechsUpdate 20/04/2025:I will start by saying that my reviews cannot be bought however after flagging the issues I have I can say that I have been impressed with the seller of the item and their reaction. They have spent the best part of 3 weeks working with me through various configurations and diagnostic situations to see if the issue can be fixed however we did come to the conclusion there is some sort of incompatibility between the AMD video card and the unit. That being said they did offer me a refund considering the issues so they have been fair

Works perfectly
Ordered 2, the usb seemed to work fine, the hdmi switched between the two computers but the 2 display port channels just didn't work. The error was ( and it says so in the description ) that it doesn't support DP->HDMI converter cables.I have 3 monitors all hdmi only input and was trying to run the conversion cables between the KVM and the monitors.Support were great and diagnosed / confirmed this quickly.I found though through sheer luck, and had support confirmed it, that putting the DP->HDMI cables between the PC & KVM does work.Swapped the KVM for an all HDMI version and working perfectly now.

Works perfectly
Only running my 2 PCs at 4K @ 60Hz but it all works perfectly and with a convenient wired button to switch between the PCs.

A good product but it could be better
As part of my job I often need to set up computer controlled optical instruments for customer demonstrations. Sometimes I need to set up two systems with two computers but space limitations mean that I only have space for one monitor keyboard and mouse. This KVM switch allows me to easily switch between computers and the attached optical instruments with the push of a buttonThe unit has two pairs of USB3 and HDMI sockets on the back for connection to the computers and one HDMI out socket for the monitor. The front has four USB3 ports for accessories (so I assume the unit could also be used as a 2 way to 4 way USB 3 switch without using the video ports although I didn’t test that. There aren’t any spare USB ports on the back of the unit so the keyboard and mouse need to be plugged into the front which is a bit inconvenient. The front has a small round socket labelled Control - I assume this is for some type of wired remote switch but this wasn’t included. In use switching was very fast with not obvious picture break up. HDMI connections can also carry audio but I didn’t have the necessary hardware to test that. The unit has a metal case which seems well made. It’s supplied with two USB 3 type A to type A cables, which is unusual because most of the other KVM switches I’ve seen advertised had type B ports on the switch box. There’s also a power supply and a user manual, but no HDMI cables.in my opinion the USB cables are is too short so I had to add a couple of USB extension cables to allow me to locate the computers in more convenient places. There’s a printed user manual which says that the unit works with Windows Vista and XP plus Mac OS, Linux and Unix, I don’t have any of these but it worked fine with a combination of one Windows 10 desktop and one Windows 11 laptop. It does the job it’s supposed to do but I’ve only given it three stars because of the lack of rear USB ports to connect a keyboard and mouse and the short cables.

Does what it says on the tin.
Have had this box for just under 1 month and has been soild, allows me to switch between my pc and laptop attached to a dock with relative ease. I wasn't to sure as was running tripple 1440p at 165 hz but works like a charm for montior and usb switching.
