Feels well built. Wires are of a good gauge. I am impressed with this little unit so far. Does it jobs great and no issues running my dash cam with it.Decent length cord that should work for most regular sized vehicles.I only with it came in a choice of connections, a USB female would be nice to have as well.

Will not Keep your Battery from Being Drained by Camera
I bought this hard wired kit for my dashcam. The description says this will prevent the dashcam from draining the battery however it doesn’t work. It’s nice not to have to,plug the dashcam in the 12volt plug but i still have to unplug the dashcam so it doesn’t drain the trucks battery.
