INALSA Food Processor/ Atta Kneader/ Chopper 650 Watts-Fiesta|
It is one of the best food processor available in the market. We have been using this product from las 15 years in our family. The best thing about thi is that it is user friendly, stong and does not require much care. However, ity performs all functions in kitchen. Quality of its output is up to expected level. Spares are easily available and easy to maintain.New machines which are now days available are:1. More expensive,2. Highly Delicate with regard to lock and quite often locks get damaged and food processor becaome in operative.3. Even jars are quite delicate and start leaking quite often.

Our sincere review of this product.
We had been using an Inalsa food processor (shown in the first diagram) since over about 20 years and were quite happy using it, before we decided to buy a new model (shown in the later diagram). We are still retaining the older unit - as a back-up, becuse we don't feel like selling it off.The older processor did undergo replacement of the motor, breakage of the lock on the lid of the processor and due to that, I, being an engineer, opened the black cover and bypassed the switch that was being pressed by the extension in the processor's cover.Thereafter, we have been operating it through the rotary switch at the front. However, the older unit, being a single, direct driven unit, made lesser noise and kept working smoothly, except that with time, the rubber feet in the base became hard and did not stick to the kitchen slab, plus the electrical cable became hard and gave way at one place and was rectified by me.Since I was involved with providing "technical support/training/documentation" in my last job, I felt that both,(a) design and (b) documentation of the newer model could have been done with a little more attention to the end-users. For example :-(a) In today's scenerio, hardly a few persons (like me) bother to read the user manual, especially if the font, pictures etc. are not colourful and eye-catching. Why not replace it totally with a video (an attempt has been made here too, but it seems to have failed to educate the users, who are complaining of the machine being "non-functional"/"inoperative".(b) The design makes it imparative for the user to keep both switches closed (one operated by the cover/blender and the other by the lid on the food-processor), for the motor to function. This requirement is not clearly understood by many of the end-users, who seem to be apprehensive about this machine.(c) In order to overcome the issue raised in point (b), a click-locking flip-cover, with a hinge could have been provided (since chances of the buyer misplacing this cover are quite high). When closed - this flip-cover could activate the switch. Else, with the cover remaining open, the blender/grinder could activate the same switch. It would have made the instructions related to this requirement quite easy-to-understand.(d) Just as a piece of information, the locking of the processor unit requires quite a bit of force. Most first-time users would be apprehensive about using this amount of force, lest the unit cracks. The main reason for this is also that "breakage of plastic parts" is not covered under the warranty. This is probably the main reason, why many users don't turn the cover of the processor and the locking/activation of the switch doesn't take place, causing the motor to "not start".However, we are quite happy with both these units and since my wife bakes cakes and loves to cook a lot, the processor is being put to good use.Thank you.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF INALSA PRODUCT (FOOD PROCESSOR)
Please stop dealing in such cheap products. I bough one food processor of Inalsa earier about 15 year back which gave me nice service for about 10 years and it is still being used by our maid in her house. Now the current product I bought (supplied on 5th March 2018) though does not carry any grantee but warranty of 2 years (5 years on motor) wherein it is understood that the manufacturer do not expect any defect at least in two/five years. Astonishing to note that juicer got cracked where pin of its cover rests within 1st month. Again its motor coupler also broke and both got replaced/repaired today (23.03.18) by customer service. THE MECHANIC WHO ATTENDED WAS NOT CARRYING ENOUGH (PROPER) TOOLS TO REPLACE/REPAIR AND KEEP HITTING THE MACHINE MERCILESSLY. WHEN INQUIRED HE TOLD THAT COMPANY DO NOT PROVIDE EVEN THE TOOLS HE WAS CARRYING. It may further be noted that the food processor is so designed that it works in a fool proof manner and there is no chance that user can commit a mistake to harm it. Its workmanship is so crude that apparently appears some Chinese street product. Today I contacted your customer service that insisted the to avoid defame to AMAZON take up the matter with concerned official to minutely review products of this company and stop dealing in. She insisted to provide contact number of the manufacturer so that I should take up the matter with them. I KNOW THAT MANUFACTURER PARTICULARLY THE INDIAN WILL NEVER AGREE TO MY OBSERVATIONS AND IF I GENUINELY BECOME SUCCESSFUL SO THAT AMAZON SHOULD STOP DEALING SUCH PRODUCT THAT WILL NOT ONLY PROVIDE ME FULL SATISFACTION BUT ALSO PROTECT REPUTATION OF AMAZON. I DO NOT MIND THROWING THIS PRODUCT STRAIGHT AWAY IN MY DUSTBIN TO BYE PEACE NOT SEEING TO IT IN FUTURE. I AM REALLY SORRY THAT THIS LADY PURPOSELY DISCONNECTED PHONE. PLEASE REPRIMAND THIS LADY AS WELL AS TAKE THIS MOST IMPORTANT ACTION ON YOUR PART SO THAT OTHER MANUFACTURERS CAN ALSO TAKE LESSONS. I DO HOME THAT SUCH ACTION WILL DEFINITELY ENHANCE REPUTATION AS WELL AS SALE OF AMAZON. PLEASE TAKE THIS ACTION AFTER TOTALLY SATISFYING YOU ABOUT POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS OF INALSA AT PRESENT WHICH WAS ONE OF THE BEST PRODUCTS IN PAST AS INDICATED ABOVE. PLEASE DO KEEP POSTING ME ABOUT THE ACTION. REGARDS.
