We found a good camera system from GW Systems, we were unaware the cameras purchased were not PTZ capable. We contacted tech support for GW Systems and got Ed. Ed was amazing with assisting me to explain why they would only zoom and not pivot. He was extremely helpful with my husband to ensure we got the proper PTZ camera for our needs. Ed was able to get us the cameras we need for a minimal upgrade fee and he worked with my husband to get the incorrect cameras returned and the correct cameras to us. Ed is the customer service/tech agent that was needed and he did he job successfully. The cameras are worth the cost, because their customer service and tech service is located here in the states and they helped us with no hassle.

Great cameras and NVR. Excellent pictures. NVR have many features with optional ports for alarm in/out. NVR is also very quiet. It is only as loud as a laptop. Excellent customer service as well. Came across with an issue with a camera and one of the techs Jamie Joy took care of it promptly and effectively. I have complete trust of this company and their product. Highly recommend them and I will continue to buy from them in the future.
