However, the sizing runs a bit small, and the waistband could be more elastic for a better fit. Additionally, the flare at the bottom is slightly restrictive, making movement less comfortable. I ordered navy blue but was more close to black than blue

I wore this under my saree, and it was perfect. The color is exactly to the picture. The size is very fitted around the mid section and waist and flares out at the end, so it gives a really slimming look to your saree. The waist band it perfect because it’s stiff and secure, so definitely a great base for the saree and the pleats.

I purchased a beige and gold colored ones in a medium. The material is a nice, thick material, almost like a pair of yoga pants. It is not see through and super comfortable. The gold should be renamed light orange because it’s more like a pale, peachy orange. The beige was closer to gold in coloration.For sizing, you may want to size up if you have thicker thighs. I’m 5ft tall, and wear size 4-6 pants. The very snug fit limits my gait that I end up walking like a bird. But I look great! You can get away with the snug fit if you wear it somewhere that has no stairs. If you have plans on dancing or scaling a grand ballroom staircase, I suggest going up in one size.

Great fit and true to size. Doesn’t bunch up under my sari like traditional cotton under-skirts.

When ever you are packing, atleast you should checkOnce. I got a used one. I saw few black marks on this. And it’s is too tight.
