Product is good. Solved the purpose. Easy to install with glue.

It is EFFECTIVE and it is very helpful against Pigeons. But difficult to install. Important points :Positives:1. The material used for the spikes in sturdy.2. It is a good quality plastic.3. After using for 3 months, we could control menace of pigeon at our office.4. Protects AC from getting damaged.5. Most importantly it does not hurt the pigeonsNegatives:1. Very difficult to install.2. The media could not be loaded.  Good concept but incomplete as no instruction or tools how to fix it? I used double tape and found OK. Any way, new product shall be inclusive, say fully equipped to install. This is absent in your product..

It is very helpful to prevent peogens.Cost is very fair.

First time when I received the product, it was accurate. I order the same again as I was short of it. But I received a wrong product which was Opaque and non-transparent plastic not like earlier one. So I opted for replacement but again received the same Opaque plastic Spikes. Finally Im going for a refund as I have no guarantee of getting a correct product. I end up wasting my time! The attached photo shows the original product (on right) I received earlier and the wrong product (on left) recently received that too twice.

It was getting very tough for me to manage with pigeons sitting on my AC's outer unit thorughout the day and creating nest around it, laying eggs and throwing crap. It was a menace.. When I first got the product, I just placed them on top of AC outer loosely and tied them with a string of wire but that wasn't enough to hold them in place. Finally, I got a wood plan with the measurements big enough for my AC outer unit and screwed these spikes on to the wood plank and placed it on my AC unit. Clearly I am observing that the problem is solved completely. Now that they don't find a place to sit, pigeons have stopped coming completely.
