Bought this for those dishes that you start cooking on stovetop and finish in the oven, and, presentable enough to take directly to the table. Used it already to cook a decent size whole fish. No problem with sticking and easy to clean.As usual, another gorgeous piece from Le Creuset. I’m running out of storage space with my burgeoning collection!

This is a beautiful piece, perfect for my needs. I find Lecreuset craftsmanship, design and durability timeless.

The oval equivalent of a 9x13. LeC is the best cookware!

I can now say that I cook exclusively with Le Creuset cast iron and nothing else. The depth of flavor that you get cooking with cast iron cannot be matched by any other. More so any other than Le Creuset. If you have never cooked with cast iron then might I suggest you try. AND! if you are going to then why not invest in a quality piece that will last you a lifetime and not something cheap. Even heat distribution and easy to clean. Never again will I buy anything other then Le Creuset.

I recently discovered Le Creuset and instantly fell in love! The Sea Salt color is absolutely gorgeous. I also picked up the Buffet Casserole with a glass lid and the 5-quart braiser. It’s a bit pricey, but so far, totally worth it!

It's definitely le creuset, so nothing to complain about! It's a little bigger than I expected, but it's perfect. I never could have made do with the 1qt for my needs. Will be perfect for so many different dishes, and the color is beautiful!
