I had surgery and my foot was in a cast. My toes would get so cold because I couldn’t have the weight of a blanket on my foot. This sock fit the bill perfectly. I had no trouble with it slipping off as other reviewers noted. It was great when I had to go to the doctor, it not only kept my toes warm, it covered the ratty looking end of my cast. Well priced and did the job.

I used this on my cast after ankle surgery and it worked great. Can’t speak for any frigid temperatures but it kept my toes comfortable enough in low 50s. Takes seconds to put on and fit well. Stayed in place most of the time but would slide off occasionally if I rubbed up against elastic strap. Wasn’t really an issue as I didn’t do a lot of moving. Also washed it a couple time and it was good as new.

Needed for husband after his toe surgery. Worked great. Didn't fall off. Not bulky. Good product.

This is a great item! It fits my foot over the wrappings, my toes are nice and warm. Also the color black blends in with the boot color making the whole thing look nice. I love this product have purchased four and think I might like a few more. They wash and dry nicely.

I bought this because it was winter time and I was concerned my toes would get cold, however I found my boot uncomfortable to wear without socks on my foot. This became redundant and unnecessary to wear. It's still a nice idea, and even when wearing the socks it kept my foot warmer.

I had seen multiple different socks for casts, but ordered this one because it seemed like the most low-profile one. I have a walking shoe that goes over my cast, so I needed something slim to accommodate that. This little thing did the best job! The elastic is thick enough to be useful, but thin enough that it doesn't stick out. Also, since it's a little thinner, I expected to really feel the air/wind/cold through it, but it had to get well below freezing outside before that actually happened, so I was pleasantly surprised. I don't blame the sock for that, I could feel the cold through my dress pants too! My mother said that this is the smartest purchase I've ever made, and I'm inclined to agree. My girlfriend just had ankle surgery and will have a cast soon, so I ordered another one of these and had it shipped to her, it's THAT good. Plus, you can't beat the price, it's absolutely worth it.

The biggest problem with this is that I am an adult women average build and it looks like it is made for a child's cast. My cast has an open toe area and I wanted something to protect it and I was so disappointed. Not worth a dime.
