This Thing Rocks
This thing is so freaking cool. Looks like a giant computer tower but it’s freaking ELECTRICITY IN A BOX!! I bought 3 of the 400w solar panels too and I’m set for the apocalypse, or maybe a 4K widescreen in my tree fort. To test it I plugged in my full size freezerless garage fridge AND my 24cf upright freezer around noon on a Saturday and it took until about 6pm Sunday to get down to 20%. That’s with no panels plugged in. Just stored energy. Plus when I left the house I was able to keep an eye on the battery level with the app on my phone. No doubt I could run both fridge and freezer indefinitely using the solar panels. Plus a few lights and maybe more? G

Big Battery
I appreciate that it turns into luggage due to its weight. Took me awhile to figure out the proper connection style, I'm not great at technical work. Ultimately though, I love how fast it charged when plugged in and I'll be testing the solar panels out soon. It's quite and stores a lot of power. I'm excited to get expanded capacity batteries for it in the future.

Shipping
The product itself is great, my only issue is that it requires a signature for delivery which would have been awesome to know before purchasing because I live alone and work 12 hour shifts

customer support is polite but not helpful
FedEx made a mistake with my delivery. They will only fix their own mistake if the shipper instructs them to do so, but EcoFlow customer service recommends that I go collect the shipment myself instead. I'm not physically able to manage a 125 lb package. I wish someone from EcoFlow would contact me. There is no way to reach a human by calling their 800 number.

Hey Ecoflow: You should really hire CUSTOMER SERVICE reps that know your product lines. What a HORRIBLE experience!!!

Revised review
While I was told my order would be separated into two parts, I was also told I could request a tracking number for the undelivered part of the order. I've made that request but I still have not received a tracking number. The missing part (solar generator) is the most expensive part of the order. The received part (solar panels) is useless without the generator. After some miscommunication, I received the requested tracking number for the generator. While it arrived after the projected delivery window and there was a "split" in the cardboard box, the generator appears to be in good working order. I have not had time to hook up the panels but wall charging was easy and technical support from Eco was excellent. At this point I'm happy with the purchase and look forward learning more about this system.
