Accurate, Detailed, and Easy to Use — A Must-Have for Fitness Enthusiasts
I’ve been using the Runstar Smart Scale for over a week now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how advanced and detailed it is. The full-color TFT LCD screen on the retractable handle is a standout feature—it’s bright, clear, and shows seven essential metrics immediately after stepping on. I love that it also displays the difference from my previous measurements, which really helps me track progress at a glance. The 28 body composition metrics are incredibly comprehensive, giving me insights into everything from BMI and body fat to muscle mass and hydration levels. The fact that it uses 8 electrodes with both hand and foot contact makes me feel like I’m getting a much more complete and accurate picture of my health. The Starfit app has been smooth to use and syncs well with my Google Fit data, which is important to me. I like being able to switch to athlete mode since I work out regularly—it seems to tailor the results more accurately. What’s also great is that the app keeps a detailed history of all my measurements and lets me review trends over time. I’ve even used the report feature to share a health snapshot with my trainer. The scale supports unlimited users, and since my wife and I both use it, it’s helpful that we can have separate profiles on one account. The scale itself is sleek, with a large surface and extended electrodes that fit both of us comfortably. The setup was easy, though be aware that only one device can connect to the scale at a time, which takes a bit of coordination. I appreciate that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, making it more accessible. It’s definitely more than just a bathroom scale—it’s a full health monitoring tool. Overall, I feel more in control of my fitness journey with this smart scale.

This scale feels high-tech but is super user-friendly. And yes, it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which was a nice bonus for me!Syncing it with the app was a breeze, and I love seeing my progress in real time. It's really motivating to get a full breakdown instead of just one number on the scale. Now I can get serious about working on my heath. If you're ready to stop guessing and actually understand what’s going on in your body. This scale is 100% worth every penny. So glad I decided to upgrade from my last old-school scale.

Look nice and work well!
The Smart scale has a glossy black glass surface, which should look quite pretty in your bathroom. That’s probably one of the characteristics I like the most.It is more than just a bathroom scale, though. I don’t exactly understand how it works in principle, and those who are experts in this area can provide more information, but the scale is a comprehensive machine that can track 15 body composition metrics, including weight, bmi, body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat, etc. Those who are serious about improving their health can definitely benefit from having such a scale, so they can track their health status over time and see if the exercises or programs they participate in work or not. It does motivate me to exercise more regularly. The installation is very straightforward. I am not a tech-savvy person, and it only took me only a few minutes to figure out how to use it. It’s pretty straightforward. You do need to be barefoot so the scale can obtain all the metrics. It is standard for similar devices, too. I don’t have common sense so it took me some time to figure this out, but everything went through smoothly after that.

Good body fat scale
I’ve been using this body fat scale for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It gives a lot more than just weight — including body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, water content, BMI, BMR, and even body age. The data seems consistent and aligns well with my gym’s professional equipment. The app is easy to use, syncs quickly via Bluetooth, and presents the metrics in a clear, visual format. It’s been a great motivator to track my fitness progress more accurately than weight alone. I especially appreciate how it shows fat-free mass and skeletal muscle percentage — very useful for anyone focused on building muscle or cutting fat. Highly recommend for anyone serious about health tracking. Just make sure to measure under the same conditions (same time of day, etc.) for the most reliable trends

Pretty cool way to see where your body’s really at
Honestly, I didn’t expect to love a scale this much, but here we are. I’m in my 30s, trying to take my health more seriously—gym a few times a week, eating cleaner, all that. I grabbed this Runstar smart scale mainly because it’s FSA eligible, and I figured, why not? It’s way more advanced than any scale I’ve used before. The retractable handle with extra electrodes is a smart touch—it makes the body composition readings feel more accurate. The full-color screen is super easy to read, and it breaks down way more than just weight. I’m talking BMI, muscle mass, body fat, even things like visceral fat and water percentage.I check in every morning, and it’s been kind of addicting watching the numbers change as I stick to my goals. If you're like me and want more than just a number on the scale—and especially if you’ve got FSA/HSA funds to use—this one’s a no-brainer.
