Easy to install! Baught this to help my 5 year old with his boxing stands and he loves it.

You just need to tighten them on the door way good.They are very cool.

Once you go through the setup and tear down a few times, you can get this setup in no time. Good for light workout and aerobic exercise. Make sure to get a good pair of gloves or wrap your hands to prevent bleeding knuckles. It does take a bit of time getting use to it but don't quit, it gets easier.

I expected the bars to be like tension rods for nuanced fitting. They are not. Instead are like tent poles with the springed pegs through the holes. So unless your doorway measures in exact 1” increments, nothing in between, it will not fit your doorway. Unless you feel like using blocks or shims. I am so disappointed.

The installation was easy and secures the punching surface very well. The device is well made and responds to use very nicely.I would recommend this product to anyone with limited space and the desire to do some boxing training.

Bought for my 16 year old grandson. He put on door and after a few punches it kept falling off the door. I didn’t return it because it was a gift and it came in a box with no tag just pieces in a brown box. I live out of state and had it sent so I couldn’t bring it back. Disappointed

I live in an apartment so finding a punching bag that can be set up in the doorway of any room is great for when my son or I need to work out. I am so glad I decided to grab this doorway boxing bag for this holiday. My son has always wanted to work out but never has the equipment for him to work out in small spaces like apartments. This bag was easy to put together in the doorway, all I needed to do was put the bars together and connect the bag, I love how the bars are adjustable so they will fit in different size doors.

There are no instructions that come with this, so it's a guessing game when it comes to how much distance you should have between the support bars.The support bars are not very good. Multiple times I have had the bottom one pop off and it goes flying upwards. I even used a 1" wrench to tighten the "non-slip" support boot. (to the point I heard cracking in my door frame!)I have tried this for about a week so far, you don't get the feel of a solid impact when hitting it.I'm considering sending this back and going with a different option.If you have to buy one of these, go with the cheaper options available.
