Item works as described even better for us my plumber was apprehensive over it at install but once he seen it in operation he was impressed we love the large handle water temp can be adjusted with ease i’m pretty certain we will enjoy it for a long time

wand came apart from hose (unglued??)....poor quality!May 2025 UPDATE - Company sent a replacement unsolicited and back in proper working order. EXCELLENT customer service!! Highly recommend now!

This is a beautiful shower system and the manufacturers offer excellent customer service. We encountered an issue and they were prompt in resolving it. Our shower now works perfectly. I would recommend this purchase.

Great product, even better service. Definitely recommend!
The product arrived fast, and the finish is just as beautiful as in the photo. While my tile guy had messed up the wall thickness leaving me with the hardware for this product too deep in the wall, the supplier has offered to send me a free extension kit to resolve the issue. I will 100% order from them again for all of my other properties!

Works great! I don't know if we could have used it if just trying to substitute it for one already installed, but our contractor did a great job installing it.I've encountered no problems and love it!Edited to add another photo; might give you an idea of size, etc...
