Love These Bags
These are great for moving all kinds of items. I purchased a second one as a portable laundry/shopping bag. I use the original one for work items. The Zipper seems to be sturdy and moves easily. The bag is a bit hard to control on its wheels until you get used to using canvas straps instead of a telescoping handle but quite do-able. Wheels are easy to remove and reattach. My recent order had a defective wheel and the company replaced it promptly. I highly recommend these bags. Great storage capacity and seems to be quite durable.

Perfect for short term travel.
Bought this for a 3 day trip. Easy to pack everything I needed. I only had to use 2 parts. I am 78 YO and had no trouble pulling the bag through the airport. The wheels worked flawlessly and I was able to fit it in the overhead compartment. I could probably have put it under my seat. And I had no problem with the smooth zippers. Would recommend this for anyone.

Nice, simple duffel. Rolls pretty good. Basic, spacious, nothing special, but does the job.
Not super high end but certainly worth the cost. Zippers allow for 3 different size configurations, overnight, a few days, and up to a week maybe. The wheels move pretty well, but without a handle and rigid case to "drive" them, one must pick up the bag slightly to have the wheels roll efficiently. The bag is pretty basic, with a small pouch for a few small items, with the bulk of space meant for clothes and other personal items stuffed inside.I don't know how long it will last but I think it will perform just fine as a quick overnight bag.

A must have!!
This bag is fantastic!! I went to Cancun and wanted to buy supplies at the market. Water snacks etc. I was not going to check any bags while flying so I needed something I could carry on the plane and store under my seat but make larger when I arrived. I also wanted it to sit on top of my suitcase while moving through the airport. This was a win!! I will say I did not put the wheels on while on the plane. It probably would have been a tight squeeze. When I used it to cart all our market stuff it rolled very smoothly!! Everyone was impressed with the clip on wheels and how it unzipped to make larger. I stuffed this bag full!! The zipper and fabric held strong!! If I could I’d give it ten stars!!

A must have bag!
This bag saved me! I took it in a field trip and the adjustable sizing was perfect for me. The wheels at the bottom where very easy to put on and they helped make my heavy load so much easier to carry. The backpack straps came in handy a few times when I just needed to grab my bag and go. Overall, love the bag! I will be taking it in any long trip I have. It can be a small backpack for light loads and also a rolling bag for heavy loads.

Adjustable size fits airline requirements for carry-ons, but it's a compromise on quality vs. price.
I bought this to be used as my carry-on baggage during an international airline flight to Europe. For starters, it should be noted that the max size/height is not completely accurate. I believe the listed max height measurement applies to the bag being opened. However, even when it is full and quite packed while completely zippered shut, the top of the bag needs to be folded down/inwards, so the zipper can be closed. Therefore, I think the max size/height in the product description should be lowered by a couple of inches because I would think most people would like the bag to be closed when measuring its height. My biggest problem with this bag is how floppy it is. Unless it is firmly packed in a nice way, the soft fabric and material in the bag is very likely to droop to one side and fall over while it is standing upright or when you are trying to roll it around. In order to help deal with this problem before I went on my airline flight, I simply cut up a large cardboard box to firm up the inner walls between the outer bag and its contents. That also makes inserting and extracting items easier, which is very convenient while using it as a carry-on bag.In retrospect, the one thing I would have done differently is install a cardboard floor when I built in the cardboard walls as inner structural support for the floppy bag. I say that because, even after I installed the cardboard inner walls, I later discovered that the contents in the bag along with the inner cardboard walls would shift slightly. This shifting was frequent enough for the inner cardboard walls to actually slide around beyond the edges of the bag's built-in firm floor, so the cardboard inner walls and the bag's outer fabric would sometime end up "rolling" over the bag's firm floor then actually drag on the ground. This was especially annoying when the bag's wheels were installed because I did not want the bag's outer material to become soiled or wear out while being dragged as I was rolling around the bag. When I went to check-in my much larger traditional suitcase at the airport, an attendant did give me a major hassle about this bag not fitting into the measurement restrictions for carry-on bags, but I knew exactly how much its dimensions were and what the airline's measurement restrictions were, so I held my ground. I tried to politely explain to the attendant that the wheels were removable and that was why it appeared too big, so I was planning on detaching the wheels once I reached the gate terminal or stored the bag in an overhead compartment (where the measurement restrictions truly become a factor). However, the attendant still gave me grief over it, to the point where she actually retrieved the corrugated plastic carry-on fitting device/box. Of course, by then, I had temporarily removed the wheels, so when she fitted the box over my carry-on, I was proven right. After that, I reconnected the wheels and rolled my bag all the way to the terminal gate for my flight where I disconnected the wheels and stashed them within a plastic bag inside this carry-on bag.It should be noted that, when you are planning to detach and reattach the wheels, you should keep a plastic bag handy, so any dirt accumulation on the wheels does not rub off on the contents of your bag. The wheels for my bag came in a little bubble-wrap plastic bag, so I just used that throughout my trip and it worked fine.It should be noted that the airline's official fitting device/box almost perfectly fit over this bag, to the point where the attendant needed to apply a little downward pressure to slide the lightweight device over my bag, but that was not because my bag was too thick, fat, puffy or oversized. It was simply because the fit was so nearly perfect that air needed a little extra time to gently blow out. I suspect the structural cardboard inner walls, which I installed in the bag ahead of time, actually helped ensure the bag's overall size fit into the airline's requirements because nothing inside the bag could bulge out of the bag's soft material beyond the airline's measurement restrictions. I am sure if I had not installed the inner cardboard walls within the bag ahead of time, then that attendant at check-in would have made a fuss when she might have deliberately tried to get the fitting device/box caught on anything, which might have bulged even a little bit through the soft fabric outer walls of the bag.Apart from this bag's soft and floppy material, another issue, which I encountered, was fraying of the grey nylon/polyester inner lining fabric along one of the zipper's inside seams. Except for any stitching and seams, which are visible on the outside of the bag, the inner lining is somewhat loose and not stitched down to the outer material. I did not cram any sharp objects in my bag or over-stuff my bag, which might have stretched out my bag to the point of ripping (my inner cardboard wall modification also prevents either of those situations from happening anyway). Therefore, I suspect the loose inner lining might have rolled over or folded over the zipper while I was trying to close it, then it snagged on the zipper just a tiny bit. After that, the small rip expanded during the rest of my trip and I kept needing to carefully trim and extract long hair-like threads of the material, which was very annoying every time I needed to access the contents of my bag. By the time I returned back home in the USA, the rip had grown from one end of the zipper to the other. This obviously really sucks and I believe it could have been completely avoided if the manufacturers of the bag had designed it, so that just a couple more stitches could have been added around the perimeter of the bag approximately 1 inch and 2 inches below the zipper. That extra stitching would have prevented the inner lining from being loose enough to be able to fold over into the path of the zipper where it could get snagged and start a much longer rip, exactly like what happened to my bag. When I bought the bag, I knew it did not come with any locking feature, so I made a simple modification to the bag once I received it. The bag comes with two small extension straps at both ends of the zipper. The ends of these straps have button snaps on them, so the top edges of the bag at the ends of the zipper can be folded down and snapped in place, instead of them flopping around, like floppy rabbit ears, which might be perceived by an overzealous baggage check-in attendant as extending beyond the width of an airline's baggage measurement restrictions. I slid a small metal D-ring over one of these small extension straps, then I slightly folded the strap over the D-ring before hand-sewing the fold-over with a strong reinforced stitch. This allows me to slip on a miniature padlock over the D-ring and the zipper pull. Someone with pliers would probably be able to break the zipper pull and/or the miniature lock within a few minutes, but the modification at least offers a little extra security for my bag.During my return trip back to the USA, the flight was fully booked, so some of the flight attendants walked around and asked a number of passengers with larger carry-on bags to check them in the lower luggage compartment. Since my bag was barely within the measurement requirements, I was not surprised to be asked and I did not want to make a big deal about it, so I politely complied. Since I had modified the bag with the D-ring, so I could secure it a little better with a miniature padlock, I was not as worried about a random airport baggage handler being tempted to easily open my bag as a crime of opportunity. Ultimately, when I retrieved this bag and my larger luggage, neither had been opened and both their locks were still intact.Other than the floppiness of the bag, its lining being vulnerable to being caught in its zipper, and its lack of a lockable zipper, I do actually like the bag. The wheels disconnect and connect fairly easily while seeming to be strong enough to last and they even roll quite smoothly. They definitely seem more beefy and "rolly" than some of the much smaller wheels, which I see on other luggage. I also took full advantage of the removable shoulder straps, especially when I needed to go up and down a lot of stairs while also dealing with my much larger and heavier traditional suitcase. The rubbery plastic shoulder pads on the straps are not super comfortable and they sometimes slide back and forth too easily on the straps, but they are fine, especially when you consider that you probably will not be lugging a lot of weight in the bag since airlines also restrict the weight of carry-on bags.Although the bag is collapsible and can be resized to two shorter heights, I did not need to use that feature. I could see where it could come in handy though. The outer zipper pocket on the bag, which happens to be perfect for storing the shoulder straps, also serves as a wide pass-through strap for the pull handles of larger luggage. Therefore, if you want to use this bag in one of its shorter configurations without also bothering with rolling it around, you could slide the zipper pocket over the pull-handle of your large suitcase and rest this bag on the top of your suitcase, then just roll both pieces of luggage on the wheels of your larger suitcase.Overall, I WAS pleased with this bag when it arrived after I purchased it for a very reasonably low price. I was not too thrilled with the floppy material/fabric, but I could not complain considering the low price. I would have given this bag at least 4 stars because I thought it should only deserve 5-stars if the material was a little better and it included a way to lock its zipper. However, after the bag's loose lining got caught so easily and frayed so much, I did not think it deserved more than 3 stars. Despite the bag's faults, with all of its other innovative and practical features, the bag deserves at least 3 stars in my honest opinion. Hopefully, the manufacturer will make some simple improvements to their design, like I did to my bag or like I have suggested.

Good Deal, Great Seller
What you see is what you get - and it's well worth it. I purchased this bag to bring home a few extra items that I bought while on vacation. I wanted something simple, lightweight, inexpensive, and durable and I was pleased with this purchase. The bag is exactly as described. It's versatile, the zippers are sturdy enough, and it converts from a small carry-on/weekender to a tall, rolling bag with lots of room for souvenirs if you shop while on your trip. It will certainly get lots of use.Working with this seller was remarkably wonderful. Airline baggage handling broke two sets of wheels from my bag the first time I used it. I was fully prepared to purchase replacements and contacted the seller to find out if I could buy extras. To my surprise, the seller contacted me within hours and offered to replace the wheels gratis as a gesture of goodwill. How refreshing! That rarely happens these days. This was a good find for a great price, with a superb seller experience. I highly recommend this seller.
