I wasn't sure if these would feather my bangs but it did and the tips are SHARP! I'm used to a much lighter weight but since I only use for personal use I don't need to use them very often. I would say that these are a very good buy.

Theseare nice and sharp and come in a nice case, however, for me they are a bit long.I would have preferred about 1/2" shorter, otherwise a nice product.

Six months using these and they are still sharp for cutting hair. Good ergonomics and balance. For $27, I don't expect salon quality durability, but they are holding up fine. I think these are good enough to keep around the house for regular trims for sure.

Full disclosure: We are not professionals but my wife has cut my hair for 15 years now. Basically two times a month, and I have very coarse hair (stylists have joked to me that my hair dulls their scissors). These scissors are great for our purposes, which is occasional but regular use at home. They are sharp out of the box, have smooth action, and feel very sturdy. The current price of around $30 is great for something that feels like it will last a very long time for our uses. My only comment is that it may not be suitable for larger hands. They fit my wife's hand perfectly, but she is of a somewhat slim to average build overall.To be fair, I really don't know how these stack up against true "professional" shears, but those can be hundreds to over a thousand dollars and it is not a fair comparison. If you want something at home that will perform really well at a really fair price, then this is a good option to consider.
