Amazon shipped this much faster than expected and arrived in a well-packaged box, no damage. I love this product and highly recommend this. With the current gym lockout and the rainy season here, it's hard to go out for extended runs or bike rides, so HIIT workouts with these are awesome. 50' rope and handle are super-high quality and the nylon cover makes me not care when I'm using this over asphalt or concrete surfaces.Love all of the mounting options that Y4A gives you included to mount the steel anchor plate. You can mount this thing into wood with wood screws and it even has concrete lag bolts. I think there are plastic drywall anchors too, but I don’t recommend these unless 2 or 3 or the other wood screws firmly catch a stud. With the power transmitted to this plate with repetition, there's no way those drywall anchors alone, stand a chance. I was trying to figure out how to mount this, but luckily the pair of the inner holes are exactly 6" apart and exactly fit the 2 unused bolt holes on the lower front of my Fitness Reality X-Light Commercial Power Cage with some M10 100mm(4") hex bolts/washers/locknuts (from my local Ace Hardware).Y4A seems to be a legit supplier of great high quality, affordable fitness gear. In the past 3 weeks I have picked up a lot of their attachment gear for the home garage gym (D-handle cable, seated row cable, V-handle bar) and feel great since I can avoid getting price gouged in the marketplaces.

This is a great product that fits nicely in my garage gym. It’s easy to use and provides a great workout. Definitely recommend this for those looking to add an additional option for their workout routine.

So far I love it. I purchased the 2” 40 feet and used it outside. Wrapped it around the pole in my front yard and it gave me a great workout. Durable and the cover didn’t tear when rubbing against the pole so that was a plus. I had trouble wrapping it back up after using but it is a little heavy for me. I’m working up to being able to use this with no struggle. 5’5 138lbs. I’m in the gym 5 days a week so it was a little easier than it might be for someone not as active. My 9 year daughter tried it but only using one rope handle. It was cute watching her try. It’s very sturdy and the thickness was perfect. I reviewed several before purchasing and glad I went with this one.

I'm new to this type of exercise, but after looking into the different types, I think I made the best decision. After receiving I found it is well made and has everything you need to attach it to a pole. I have used it several times doing a 20 sec active/ 40 sec rest and it's a great workout. We'll worth the money.

Pros- Cost effective for what you do. Great workout! First time doing battle rope and glad I got the 2 inch 40 ft one. No assembly required but putting it away is something to deal with as any rope. Length is great and the durability with the sleeve seems good.Cons- Not really a con when it comes to comfort. You will develop some callouses the more you do it.. that's a given.Durability??The handles themselves could have little more adhesive, see pic, to it so I won't know for sure how long that will last but am prepared to use multiple zip ties and a thicker handle sleeve if it comes to that.All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

These things are beasts. They are heavy and solid. You can’t go wrong with these battle ropes. They will kick your butt.

TLDR: good interval cardio, seems to be holding up well to use in garage on smooth concrete floor, recommendIn the context of a proper muscle building program, the battle rope is pretty overrated and kind of useless, but that’s not what I wanted it for. I’m currently overweight and needed a good, low impact cardio solution to use a few times a week to get my heartrate going and this is perfect for that. Be aware that this is not steady state cardio, and if you put in any kind of effort to it and you’re less less in shape like myself, you may not be doing 30 second stints like everyone online seems to suggest. I’m doing 10 seconds of alternating ropes with 50 seconds rest, with occasional extra rest. By the end of a nearly 30 minute session, I’m wiped out. No complaints here.

I wish I did not underestimate the weight. Consider the weight to your stamina ratio before purchasing. It is a great product. Durable and easy to use. I 10/10 recommend!
