Heavy duty, quality build ball superseded my expectations. Only thing I would change is maybe a better strap adjustment system for the height and instruction for those who have not seen the images from customers reviews.

The media could not be loaded. Had it less than 3 rnds and it has snapped, don’t know if I will get a refund or sent a new one?

The media could not be loaded. RDXX is a well known sports brand - particularly focussing on martial art equipment. I have several RDX pieces of equipment already including sparring gloves, heavy armour chest guards, head protection etc. Though a speedball is not technically used in my martial art there is a place for it so when I got the chance to test 'RDX Double End Bag Boxing, 70CM Reflex Speed Ball with 48” Stretchable Bungee Cord' I thought it would be a good idea.The ball came simply packaged and in my opinion too simply packaged - I have never used a double end speed ball before and had no idea how to fit it. Luckily there is one photo on their site that shows the bungee on the bottom and the rest I winged it. But instructions would have been useful.Inflated the ball holds a very nice shape, it is comfortable to punch with really good spring back and you can get a decent workout using it.All in all this is a decent set up and I will be making it part of my routine now, alongside my wall bag. At £29.99, for a decent piece of workout equipment from a decent name brand, I think is worthwhile, however - RDX - Please include some installation instructions.

Strap broke after 2 uses

Pleasantly surprised, great quality and adjustable.Came with hard mount fixings but as you can see I have attached to my rack using what was provided and it works fine, can also move it up and down so my daughter can have go and removable when not using.Good piece of kit.
