This bread maker is brilliant. Love the bread I have made. We prefere the French style bread and bonus you don't need any sugar in it.

Brilliant for 500g bread dump packs, but can’t be used on the 900-1000g packs as it fails to mix and cook all the way through

We are experimenting with recipes which will give us the qualities that we desire.The useability of the control panel is simple, but not intuitive.The manual is too simple without detailed information about builtin recipes.On the end of the day "it makes bread".

WHY DID THE PLADE COME OUT OF THE BREAD MACHING.???????, AND GO INTO THE BREAD AFTER THE BREAD WAS BAKED.????? QUESTION: WAS THE PLADE TO STAY IN THE BREAD MACHINE.??????, OR WILL THE PLADE KEEP COMING OUT OF THE BREAD MACHING. ??????, MY SCORE IS 0 OUT OF 10, I HAVE TO CUT THE BREAD IN HALF TO REMOVE THE PLADE OUT OF THE BREAD, THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. I HAVE PHOTOS FROM THIS BREAD TO FORWRAD ON IF YOU NEEDED THEM FROM STAURDAY 14TH DECEMBER. 2O24.2ND WAS LAST NIGHT 15TH DECEMBER 2024. IN THE BRILLIANT BREADMAKING BOOK. ON PAGE 66 IT WAS TELLING ME TO REMOVE THE PLADE OUT OF THE BREAD MACHING AND ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO THE BREAD MACHINE SET TO WHOLEWHEAT SETTINGS WHEN THE BREAD MACHING WAS FINISHED I TURNED OFF THE BREAD MACHINE AND I LEFT THE BREAD PAN OUT OF THE BREAD MACHINE. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN THE BREAD WAS NOT BAKED YES, I HAVE PHOTOS TO FORWARD ON IF YOU WAND TO SEE THEM. I AM SCORING THIS 0 OUT OF 10

Tried making two loafs of bread following their prescribed recipes but both loafs were a flop. Controls are complicated and not easy to set.
