Samsung RS7567BHCBC1 H-series Side-by-side Fridge Freezer With Ice And Water Dispenser - Gloss Black [Energy Class A+]

Very good fridge-freezer for the money. Arrived punctually and works just fine.Only criticism of the product is that the filter is external, so need to fit that yourself (mount on wall) - I prefer the in-fridge ones (not sure if this was made clear on the description).Criticism of the service is that they will not deliver it into the house, unless you have a huge doorway of over about 50cm (width with the packaging), which most houses don't. In our case we had to unpack the fridge on the doorstep, sign a declaration that everything arrived ok and they (delivery) are not liable for anything, and then convince the guys to take away the packaging (he said I might need it if I need to return...I said if I need to return you will have to take it back with or without packaging...). THen they left (with my tape measure...) and I was alone, with 1 hour of daylight left, to take off the doors (carefully, so I could put them back on again!). Thankfully it was not difficult to do, but for anyone who is reticent about pulling cables apart etc it would not be a great situation. Then we took all the trays etc out of the fridge and freezer so that we would have a chance to move the product inside. We managed it (my wife and I), but I must say it was not easy. It would have been extremely helpful if the delivery men were allowed to help you with this. But they are not. Just watch out for this, and maybe when you expect the delivery have a mate around who can help you get the thing inside..

Love, love, love my Samsung fridge freezer. Looks fabulous, holds loads, easy to clean and ice on tap. Brilliant, so happy I bought this model. Would definitely recommend Samsung.

I've owned one of these for 3 years and in that time it's broken down twice. Samsung service department isn't as bad as some others I could name but they don't exactly jump through hoops to help you out. When you eventually get through, a somewhat lazy sounding person who doesn't always understand everything you say will ask a number of seemingly random and pointless questions and after about 10-15 minutes will transfer you to a different number where you will be greeted by an answering machine which invites you to leave a message. At that point you might just slam the phone down with an accompanying swear word or two as I did. In short, the product is fine when it works and I'm very happy with it at those times, but as it's broken down now for the second time I can't help but feel less than impressed with it, and that feeling is enhanced by the indifferent customer service which is really pretty rubbish, and expensive if you end up having to get an engineer out - last time it cost me £135.00 to fix and it was just out of warranty by a few days. My advice - spend a bit more on something else which might be a bit more reliable if you can afford it. This one is OK but I'm sure there are better ones out there.Edit : 24 hours later and the fridge has started working again on it's own accord. I left it switched off overnight as I had read something in the bumph about the fan icing up if it gets too cold and that makes the whole thing stop working. I'll now change my rating from one star to three stars but my warnings above still stand.

One of the best electrical products I have bought had a nightmare getting it through the door but once fitted am delighted easy to clean loads of space and the ice machine is great
