Very pleased with purchase
Arrived well packaged just like a new computer. The laptop itself looked as if it was new the only giveaway being some abrasion on the base but nothing to effect the functionality. I’m no computer geek but found it extremely easy to set up and we are very pleased with it. It replaced a similar 10 year old HP laptop. Couldn’t believe the speed difference! Can now use Windows 11 as the previous laptop could only use Windows 10 which is now unsupported. My only ‘niggle’ is that I hoped it would fit on our HP docking station but it won’t and I couldn’t spot that from the selling photos. Will definitely buy refurbished again. Now looking to upgrade my iPhone!
