I absolutely loved this idea because people open the refrigerator all day long and this was truly an easy way to record what you each and what your choices are. Unfortunately, it does not even have the value of an egg on it. Also, it did not come with a wipe off pen or marker and that's aggravating. The double listed item is heavy cream. If it was an all in one list of food and their values for the keto diet, it would be perfect. I still recommend it. I opted to download another check off list for beef,chicken, pork, fish, etc, to help me keep track, plus I had it laminated. I still wish it came with a wipe off marker.

This is a very well made product. If you are on the KETO diet, it missing "meats" from their lists. The meals that are hand written, list meats so I'm not sure why they were not included on this very nice presentation. It also does not come with markers or an eraser. The listed section at the bottom right is missing information that all the other lists have spelled out. Can't use and returned. I wanted a "one stop visual aid" and this was not it. It is a well made item and would work great if it had all the information a KETO person needed.

Very nice design and a long list of foods. I was somewhat disappointed that it did not come with a dry erase pen. For the price of this, I would have thought it would be included. My bad. Should not assume I guess.

Well, it’s messing the meat section. It’s super easy to use, but if you looking to save money, you can do it on a notebook as well and it will cost you $1. This is not stupid keto, this is for lazy keto.

Little wide for my fridge. Cut into two parts and it is great.

Writing is small but very helpful

This is a convenient way to meal plan and keep track of daily carbs. Be sure to buy a fine tip dry erase marker to write with.
