Great Customer Service - Giving replacement product a second chance.
UPDATE: Changed from 2-star to 5-star.Customer Service contacted me immediately after review was posted and offered a Full Refund. I opted for a product replacement since I really liked the earbuds and was assured the problem was probably a one-off. Communications were prompt and replacement earbuds arrived within 5 days. Willing to give them a second chance since Soundcore is a great brand historically. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that I expected with limited use, no damage, and excellent care, they should have lasted at LEAST 2 years! They didn't even make a whole year! The left one stopped working after only 8 months.

Great quality and sound and price
I love them .They are very comfortable and fast charging .Perfect I purchased JBL and they were very not comfortable so decided to go with them especially for the price $20 come on you cannot beat this price .I used to have Apple AirPods but after a while they started not keep the charge and $169 that was way to much. For the soundcore you can download the app and control your earphones

Good sound quality for the price, limited "extras" though
Everyone needs a cheap pair of earbuds right? That's why I bought these, for running by myself when I don't care so much about the sound quality (mostly podcasts) or losing them, or getting them wet, or stolen. When I have a serious run to do, my apple airpods are the choice every time. When I'm running with others shokz are my choice since then I can hear others talk. But there's always a time and place for cheap ear buds. My last pair are slowly failing. I liked them enough I bought a second pair when the first failed but have had some niggly issues with them almost from the start. I like them still because they had the "extras" that I'll mention below and tempted to try a third pair but figured I'd give another brand a shot. So it was time to find a new pair and saw these somewhere in an add or article for the best quality cheap earbuds on Amazon. They DO have impressive sound quality for the $15 I paid (on sale). In fact they are probably the best sounding earbuds I've had for under $30. So I really can't complain cause that's the main priority: cheap and good sound quality. They feel pretty good too. My only downsides though is that they don't come with any "extras" I've had with other pairs. For example, I'd like a display showing the percentage of charge the case and/or the earbuds are currently at. You never really know where they are and you don't want them to die in the middle of a run. Secondly, I'd like more controls available by touching or double tapping the buds. They are preset with a double tap to only give you play/pause (right bud) and next track (left bud) which also seems backwards to me (I always feel like the right bud should be next track for some reason). If you single tap them you get a *beep* but it does nothing and it's hard to touch them to adjust in your ear w/o this *beep* happening, like the touch point is too big on the bud or something. You have to adjust them carefully or ensure you are touching certain spots to avoid the annoying *beep*. I would love to have volume control somehow but maybe that's asking for too much. Still my last pair of cheap earbuds had these features.Ok so I'm being picky but figured why not mention every detail. For the money the sound quality and comfort is hard to beat. If you don't care about the "extras" then you would be hard pressed to do better.

YES! Finally..comfortable earbuds!!
Finally a pair of earbuds I like.. and really like. They're comfortable, stay in, and I even forget I have them in. Sound quality is good although I don't hear bass the way I do on headphones. The storage/charging case is super well designed with very tight tolerances and a good spring clip. The magnets inside the case ensure you get the right bud in the right receptacle the first time. The control mechanism is proximity of a human finger near the stem part of the buds (must be some sort of induction). One tap, two taps, one long hold, each one means something in terms of control Long battery life.

My Least Favorite Soundcore Earbuds
I own several pairs of Soundcore earbuds and bought a pair of these lower-priced earbuds for work. I wasn’t terribly surprised that the sound quality wasn’t what I’ve come to expect, but these lose their charge faster than older pairs I’ve owned for years, and they frequently drop connection. They function and they’re not terrible but don’t meet the standards that made me a loyal Soundcore customer. I hope this is just because they’re a value-priced model or because I received a wonky pair. Sometimes individual products from reliable brands have issues, but I’m going to be looking closely at reviews before I buy a new pair of Soundcores.
