I love the idea of this because I hate regular vacuuming and I have cats who shed. But this machine did not map the rooms and skipped entire areas even when I used the remote to specifically direct it. It also got stuck a LOT, with the message that it was defective. Yep. I returned it. Still waiting on a refund before I buy a different brand.

I don't put a lot of faith into "new and improved" ways for doing such mundane things as cleaning the floor. Nevertheless, I thought I would give this a whirl - and, I'm glad I did. I did not fire up all the "bells and whistles" capabilities it has (wi-fi use, scheduled cleaning, mopping, and so forth), but just concentrated on the basic functions. I'm pleased to write that it has surpassed my - and my wife's - expectations. It does a very good job for basic floor and low carpet vacuuming, and doesn't make a loud fuss in doing so. The "AI" functions keep it from going where "no vacuum should go." We're altogether pleased and impressed for what it does, especially for the price we paid. An added plus - for some reason unknown to us, one of our two cats is fascinated by it as it does its job!

I was so excited for this machine and couldn't wait to try it but it was so disappointing. The cleaning feature was mediocre at best, thought I could live with that but the mop feature turned out to be the real deal breaker. I have low pile rugs in some areas in the apartment, but it's mostly all hardwood floor and this cleaner would get on the rugs and make then wet yuck!

Item delivered w no filter. I'm disabled and returning items is a challenge. so I ordered replacement filter. Extra $10. Item works as advertised provided I didn't kill half it's shelf life by running w no filter.

Overall good value for the money. Easy to set up and use. Wish it had a bit more suction power.

Literally sat down and watched this robot go to work. Found a new little buddy to help me clean the house. Vacuums the floor very well and then shines once you set it to the mop mode. The app is very easy to set up, you can change suction for different floor types and there is even a silent mode great for hardwood and porcelain tiles. I would say it could use a little bit more suction when going on carpet. But I found it not to be a big problem with the long lasting battery life. You can let it work over time and see it catch the spots missed. So id have to say this product is a 4.5 can’t give half a star though.

I am so bummed, I have messed with this vacuum all weekend and it has been really frustrating. It gets stuck everywhere. I have another vacuum that covers the same area I was testing and it has no issues at all. In addition, I opened up the area that catches the dust and there was absolutely nothing in it. Definitely returning.

The dust cup is designed horribly. It is impossible to get out! I have broken several nails and injured myself multiple times trying to get it out. I dread having to empty it!
