Construction Law: Fourth Edition (3 Volume Set) Hardcover – 29 Aug. 2024

Received only two volumes. Being taken round in circles as I seek help on getting the third volume.

Recommended this by a colleague as solid material to support a LMM masters I’ve just started, expensive but 3 books with everything you need to know!

The whole 4th edition (3 volumes) wasn't sent to me. Only volume 3. Very disappointing!

In the words of Sir Rupert Jackson, Julian Bailey's book is a "tour de force", particularly because it goes beyond the law in England and Wales, and in particular also covers Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. It covers every aspect of construction law in fine detail, as well as covering related legal areas such as IP, insurance, health and safety, insolvency, etc. Julian does not shy away from giving his views on the law, which is immensely helpful to readers. I can't recommend it highly enough.
