Overall, the Invisible Fence GPS Dog Fence & Tracking Collar is an essential investment
This collar is excellent and exactly what we need to give our pups freedom out in the country. We have had this collar for 3 months now and it has been working great, also we have a doggy door and so far have not had any issues with leaving it on them to go in and out. We have designer breed mutts... 100lbs and 50lbs.1) Custom service is truly great!2) This was so easy to set up. The only issue we had was setting the center point while having the memory function on, it kept beeping. You need to set the center point then the memory function. Customer service helped me figure it out.3) Works in the woods, in a deep valley! It is picking up enough satellites, even when I set it up directly underneath the trees.4) The Battery life is far superior, it lasts several days without a charge. The other one we have needs charged every night, this one seems to last at least 4-5 days, depending on how much it is used.5) A huge bonus is the shock points are removable! Doesn’t work in urban or suburban areas.
The invisible fence GPS collar doesn’t work if you live in an urban area. It requires 25 feet of space from all buildings. I wish I had known this before I bought it!! I set up the fence line and tested it, and it WAS beeping despite the fact that when I was setting it up I found out that boundary lines need to be 25 feet away—I found this out AFTER I bought it. But when I paid for the $99 year long subscription, I found out the collar ONLY beeps and doesn’t do any correction.

Works well for my needs!
I was eager to get this system up and running for my dog Winston. The setup was painless.I love how it has a GPS tracker in addition to the invisible fence, giving me a peace of mind if he did break through the perimeter. I also like how you can customer different fences to use at different times or locations.The only con I have come across so far is battery life. I’ve had to charge a few times a week. I wish it lasted longer.

Product Unsure, Customer Service Great.
After conducting a thorough evaluation of the various GPS Dog Collars available on the market, I ultimately decided to go with the Invisible Fence. My main goal was to ensure the safety of my dog within my property boundaries, preventing any potential encounters with motor vehicles, similar to what happened to our unfortunate cat.The installation process was simple and I did not encounter any issues. However, my dog managed to find a way to escape. It turned out that I had mistakenly placed a post under some trees, causing interference with the GPS signal. In an effort to correct this, I revisited the app to adjust the post positions, which unfortunately led to unexpected complications.When attempting to modify the posts, I received an error message stating, “Something Went Wrong. Connection to the server is currently unavailable. Try again later.” This issue persisted for a day and a half until I reached out to customer service. I was informed by Nicole about a global computer system failure. Despite speaking with four other representatives, it was Terri who truly stood out with her exceptional assistance.Unfortunately, my problems remained unresolved, prompting me to return the unit to Amazon. This decision was not a reflection of the product's quality, but rather a result of the system malfunction during the crash, which I believe affected the unit's functionality. If you decide to invest in this product, you can be assured that the customer service provided is truly outstanding.

Good for training
After a great deal of success with our own GPS system, we really wanted to get one as a gift for a family member. Though there were a few bumps along the way during setup, we were able to get it up and running with only a little troubleshooting. Everything is pretty self explanatory. I especially like the collar material, as it feels very durable. The treat bag and flags are also a good addition, and will really help as we continue to teach the dogs about the boundaries of their yard space. We saw really good battery life with the first charge, too. Very pleased!

You cannot use if you are close to neighbors or streets
DO NOT BUY. Bought this for my moms puppy before he was 6 months old but I had the money (it cost me 650 a yr ago) so I bought it and he was going to use it when he could. Come to find out it will not work if you are within x amount of feet from another house, street or less than 3/4 of an acre.
