Really good creatine supplement! Take if non-stop every day, it works! Muscles look more pumped, as they supposed to when you take creatine, feel stronger at my sessions And definitely better recovery. Good creatine supplement is a must for every athlete, not only weight lifters, but even runners (I’m a runner too). Definitely recommend this brand, the price is very reasonable.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 75% full, which isn't too bad nowadays.There are 50 servings per container; how long that lasts will depend on you. The directions say to take three capsules 1-2 times per day, but I imagine that would also depend on if you're loading.The expiration date on mine is May 2027, so a little less than three years from now.There is no real scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMP facility and Made in USA. The product page also says non-GMO and 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bottle and product page say they have been in business since 1996, and have won some awards along the way. Their nutrabio site is functional and informative, and has their phone number on it. They have retail stores, and you can download certifications from the website; companies that do this are few and far between. They also put a URL for checkmysupps on their bottle where you can put in the lot number from your supplement and get the 3rd-party lab test results. This needs to be the standard rather than the exception in the supplement industry.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed with the quality of the supplement, the company, and being able to get this quality for such a price. I don’t know how many thousands of dollars I’ve spent on supplements over the years but it seems like it’s always a gamble as to whether the supplements are actually what they claim. So what Nutrabio is doing is fantastic…On the back of the bottle, it invites you to go to checkmysupps.com, enter in the Lot # on the bottom of the bottle, and it will give you the actual test results of the bottle of supplements you are taking! While on the website, I took the time to watch the behind-the-scenes videos of their factory and labs and interviews with the owner. And I must say, I was impressed! All of this makes me want to buy more of their supplements because of their transparency and integrity. It’s very refreshing.As for the supplement itself, I’ve been taking it every day for a few weeks now. As with most supplements, I know it will take time for me to notice any effect. However, it’s so nice to know, with proof, that I’m actually taking what’s on the label! The capsules are standard sized and easy enough for me to swallow. I am vegetarian, so I really appreciate that they use vegetable cellulose for the capsule. I do a lot of running, so I’m hoping this will support me with my workouts.I will be purchasing more of their supplements in the future because of their efficacy, honesty, transparency, and integrity. I definitely recommend this supplement and company 100%.
