Bought a straightener that was double the price and within one month the plates were loose.. I love this straightener. For the first time in my life, I have a straightener that does not damage my hair. The biggest plus is that you push the clip to open it to put your hair in it and then it shuts itself rather than the opposite of every other curling iron and straightener of ever used I have arthritis in my hand, so it’s very painful and I have not been able to straighten my hair to my liking because it always fell out of the straightener until this one! Highly recommend

This straightener was safe and easy to use! I haven’t quite mastered the curling feature (may not be a flaw of the product), but its straightening ability gets a 10 out of 10!

Curled my hair 5 days ago + still looks good - easy to use + doesn't pull hair - don't even need to use product for a lasting curl - was about to purchase a competing name brand but decided to try this less expensive option + couldn't be happier. Heats up quickly + let's you know its ready with the sound of air blowing if you walk away. Good value for the price + quality

This product takes double the time to straighten hair, pulls hair out and makes your hair look fried. TERRIBLE product!

Do not purchase its a waste of money and just make a lot of noise .
