I only bought this brand because it's only 1 capsule per serving and 3rd party lab tested and they smell like cinnamon which is nice when taking them I can notice difference when taking them so many benefits well worth it

This is 150 capsules, or five months worth, and the mushrooms are all organic. For five months of organic, it's a steal! The capsules have no taste and little smell, maybe mildly earthy but not much at all in comparison to other mushroom products I've used. I was also surprised by how small they are for such high doses (not as long as the typical capsule). Then I realized it's extracts of mushrooms, so they can cram alot in! Also, because they're extracts, the amounts on the ingredient list are a bit confusing - they're reporting the mg of the extracts, not the actual amount of mushrooms used, which are much higher (for instance, 200 mg of a 20:1 Lion's Mane = 4000mg of Lion's Mane, a relatively high dose). My two quibbles are that it doesn't tell you which parts of the mushrooms were used (fruiting body vs. mycelium; I'm assuming both), and more importantly, that it doesn't tell you where this is sourced or made. At least it appears to be third party tested and free of heavy metal contaminants. It came with 3.5 years of expiration. The 4 stars is because it doesn't report more information about source/manufacturing, although the 3rd party testing does alleviate some concern, especially the heavy metals (which is why I'm giving 4 stars and not 3).

This blend of mushrooms supplement contains a good mix of ingredients with the main ones from Lion's Mane (4,000 mg), Reishi (3,000 mg) and Cordyceps (3,000 mg). The other ingredients are a bonus to add to the potency in every pill that you take. The price is also very affordable for a good run of supplies for 5 months.

I like that these mushroom capsules don’t smell or taste bad like some others I have tried. I don’t really feel a difference since taking them, though.

These are great and I take them daily. I definitely find myself to be more alert and mentally sharp. They're definitely good quality and I would highly recommend them.

This is a mushroom supplement that lasts for 5 months! Given how many you get, this makes for a great price point and affordable. It has many of the good mushroom varieties to cover all your bases and the capsules are a good size to take. They are easy to swallow and they don’t have any taste or aftertaste. They dog down easy and i have not experienced any side effects to date. I think you do have to take these for awhile to really notice the improvement

I have had my eyes on mushroom supplements for a while now. I took the plunge. I compared the mushroom contents in these pills to the popular mushroom coffee available. I saw that the overall mushroom content is much less in these pills. That lea me to do some research and the mushroom content in these pills is below some therapeutic levels. With that in mind, I broke open the capsules and added it to my coffee. I will say that since I have started using these, I do feel less bloated. I will keep using them for the full 30 days and hopefully continue to see side effects/improvements.

Taking it mainly for the lion's mane. the other ingredients are a bonus. Great product for cellular energy and health. I felt improved mental clarity. I am definitely having better sleep quality.
